Design hotel. Room looked great. Staff was very nice. 2 blocks away from the beach only. A little far from downtown and the historic center but only a R$20/R$25 taxi ride away (about 15 minutes). |

Su diseño. Tiene un concepto muy moderno y una línea gráfica bien definida. Es un buen modelo arquitectónico. Su ubicación con respecto a la actividad por la que viajé (una conferencia) y que el tipo de hotel no era el adecuado para nuestra estancia. |

La decoración vanguardista. Si, no me gustó que nos obligaron a pagar 50% del importe total que significaba la reservación cuando nos dimos cuenta de lo lejos que estábamos del Congreso y nos obligaron a quedarnos dos noches y luego, perdimos media noche. Y tampoco me gustó que no tenía ni una silla en qué sentarme en la habitación. |

Gostei bastate do atendimento, rapidez na prestação de serviços, limpeza, desing, shampoo e condicionador diferenciados (natura). Outro diferencial foi a escolha do café da manhã servido no quarto sem nenhum custo adicional. muito boa idéia. O hotel não disponibiliza abridor de garrafa para o quarto. Fiz uma comemoração para o meu namorado, mas tínhamos que pedir o abridor de instantes em instantes. Além disso, o serviço de bar fecha às 22:30 hs. Estes itens devem ser melhorados. |

indiscutiblemente el diseño de cocoon.....adicionalmente la actitud siempre sonriente de la ¨tripulacion¨ cocoon hacen que todo fluya.... solo me podria quejar de la poca diversidad gastronomica en los alrededores del hotel....para cualquier salida se precisa de minimo 20 min de traslado en auto |
