Gymnasium , room and interaction ability of the staff
Location was very good, if you'er looking a centrally located hotel you can't good wrong with this one . close to republica square which makes it close to shopping ,metro station, Airport bus stop walking distance to art galleries all in all a thumbs up.
Missed my flight connection from Toronto and ended up arriving a day later. However, my initial flight was coordinated with my dad who was flying in from another continent. Since my delayed itinerary meant my dad would be in São Paulo by himself- not ideal since he doesn't speak Portuguese and isn't on the reservation. I was able to get a hold of Felipe from Comfort and he was able to ensure that my dad got to the hotel safely and had a room for the night. He conversed well in English and it was a breeze. Also, several of the other staff was very helpful in showing us the way around the city during the World Cup and went beyond the expected. Much appreciated!
Unfortunately, although the location of the Hotel is strategic, it makes you scary to get out of the hotel anytime. There are a lot of robberies and murders around, what makes you feel in danger to walk around.
The location was good if you want to be in center city. The room was comfortable and quiet.
The staff was a bit overloaded with work. There could have been more. Breakfast could have offered a few more options.
Staff was helpful
Room service was really bad, or at least the linguini i ordered.
- Location, midst of old centre when you are interested in! - next to lively gay area (Arouche) - metro
- View from hotel
Convenient location, close to República metro station and airport shuttle bus terminus. Clean, comfortable room. Good breakfast, including "hot" water that really was hot enough to make tea.
Breakfast staff were somewhat disorganised, failing to replenish cereal bowls, plates and cutlery on the breakfast buffet; they also ran out of cups and black tea.
Front desk staff can't speak English at all
The breakfast is good. The Staff is really friendly and they are the best "piece" of the hotel The Cleanliness is good
We arrived at the hotel very tired, the receptionist answered us very well but when we went to the room there was no electricity to guests from all over the floor. We were in the dark for about two hours, we can't go to the bathroom (we were in the dark), took too much to solve this problem.Past eleven at night when the energy problem has been solved. I went to bed three times more tired than reached and due to this fact, ever recommend the hotel to anyone.I paid a very significant value for the time to get there and stay in the dark???? Really unfitting ...In addition, the smoking room had no ashtray. A fact rather odd for a smoking room ... where should I put my cigarette ashes? glasses that stay in the bathroom?
