Very good location between Copacabana and Ipanema, so you could easily choose where to go. Very good breakfast, friendly staff quick to help any moment It was the wifi that didn't function equally well in different parts of the hotel and there was no computer at the hotel, so for me as I haven't my laptop along with me there was a problem.... |

very friendly staff, excellent breakfast, great view from balcony, nice room, close to beaches (Copacabana 50m, Ipanema 150m), free internet in room (with cable), pool and solarium ok wifi not working (but works with cable) |

Very friendly staff Be sure if you are not smoker they don't put in a smoking room (the only one availabkle when there is a promotion. No internet in the room and poor connexion at the reception. |

Very clean & comfortable rooms, great breakfast buffet & very helpful staff. Pool is small and the air conditioning in our room wasn`t great. |

O hotel fica proxima das duas principais praias da cidade Copacabana e Ipanema. Acho que os quartos deveriam ser limpos or completo todos os dias e não apenas arrumarem a cama e tirarem o lixo. Fui a praia no primeiro dia e a areia que ficou no chão, permaneceu até o ultimo dia da minha estadia e não gostei. |

Simpatia de todos os funcionários, sobretudo dos que servem o café da manhã. Disponibilidade imediata para a resolução de eventuais problemas, como, por exemplo, os respeitantes ao arranjo de transporte e a informações sobre essa vossa "Bela Cidade"(!) que é o Rio de Janeiro. Melhorar: - a roupa de cama e as toalhas que se encontram, já, um pouco "usados"; - o ambiente fora dos quartos, que é muito quente, sobretudo no elevador e corredores. Seria mais agradável se o aparelho de ar condicionado não fizesse tanto ruído. |
