Vriendelijkheid, ontbijt, ligging nabij strand en winkels, veiligheid van de buurt- Clean, friendly,located nearby beach, shops,transport.Relative save area 1 grote kakkerlijk in kamer gezien bij aankomst rest van verblijf ok. Internet op kamer met kabel en geen kabel beschikbaar aan receptie(ik heb er een moeten kopen) - No lan cable available at desk for room internet. |

It is excessively loud. The hotel is located at the most busy road at cobacabana. the matress is soft and it moves around like i have never seen before. really bad. the wireless in the lobby (and at the pool) is useless because it switches on and off randomly. this is not a business hotel. |

The exeptional helpfulness and friendliness of the staff at reception.Also the very good location (only a very short walk from Copacabana beach) and the reasonable rates of the hotel. |

The breakfast is good, and the location is near the beach and probably very safe since the police office is next door. The Wi-Fi is only available in the lobby and roof (swimming pool), not in the rooms. There are not enough cable lines for guests who need them. There are no English instructions in the elevators and cafe, which is not very friendly to international guests. |

We had a room on the 12th floor which had a great veiw. If you were on lower floors, the veiw may not be all that great. |

The location is great.. only a block away from the beach. The hotel room was very comfortable with a separate lounge and a reasonable size bathroom. The pool on the roof was good with great views of the beach. The staff were very helpful also. The included breakfast was a little ordinary... Scrambled eggs and frankfurts (boiled and fried) were the only hot dishes for 3 days running. |

We had a room at the top-floor (floor "CO" which is actually the 13tht floor) so great views of the beach front. It was also great to have a swimming pool with bar on top. Furthermore very friendly staff. |

The hotel was disaster and a big disapponitment. For the price we paid, we didn't get an adequate service. There wasn't anything we liked... The rooms need urgently some refurbishment, everything was old and horrible, we got a room with AC which was out of order and needed to be repaired during our stay, the electricity didn't work well, the balcony doors were broken and the internet was without excuse out of order during our whole 10 days stay. |
