trevlig personal ett 2* hotel i sverige ar battre an detta 4* hotel. vi hade ett lyx rum men tror inte brasiljanare vet vad isolering ar for det va som att sova pa gatan, det gar en stor vag utanfor. |

Bra läge nära stranden. Trevlig pool med bar och fin utsikt från taket. Bra frukost. Hög ljudnivå från gatan. Bo högt upp. |

Trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Härligt med poolen på översta våningen (även om det inte är världens största) samt utsikten där uppifrån. Mitt i smeten, men ändå bara ett kvarter från Copacabana strand. Inte heller långt till Ipanema strand! Perfekt läge! Fräsch frukt serverades till frukost! Rekomenderar front side..även om det inte innebär havsutsikt. Frukostbuffen blir lite tråkig i längden. (i alla fall om man stannar längre period) då de bara serverar vitt bröd. Annars har vi inget att klaga på. Är man känslig mot ljud kanske inte detta är det bästa läget, då air condiotionen låter en del + att det går en del trafik precis utanför. (Men vi hade INGA problem med detta.) |

Trevlig och tillmötesgående personal i receptionen. De försökte tillgodose våra önskemål. Hotellet har ett centralt och bra läge på Copavabana. Nej. |

Bra läge nära både Copacabana och Ipanema. Det finns hotellrum både mot stranden och in mot gården. Rekommenderar att bo på 7:e våningen eller högre för att få bra utsikt! Mycket hjälpsam personal. Fin pool och bastu. En stor gata går precis utanför med trafik dygnet runt. Öronproppar rekommenderas. |

staff was very helpfull and friendly. breakfast was very good. nice view and pool on roof.good locaton 2 blocks from beach. security at the door made us feel safe. some of the rooms might be a little tired . when unhappy with our room , they moved us right away. |

Is close to the beach (only one block) neighborhood is not good. Neither the restaurants close to the hotel. The hotel is a very simple one, with cheap elements ( I mean, you won't gonna get a really nice bed for example). |

Free wifi internet connection. Friendly staff. 1-No variation in breakfast.2- Beds are to short. 3-No bussiness center, so you haven't a possibility to print a document; (even not your boarding pass). 4-Do not use the help of the porter to call a taxi. He will try to charge you the double ! (normal price to the intern. airport approx 45 real; when you use 'the service' of the porter, you pay 70 real! |

Location is quite good, one block away from Copacabana beach and a short stroll away from Ipanema, the nicest and most expensive neighbourhood. Very good and strong shower was another positive. The hotel looks quite run down overall. The carpet fitting the room looked really old, was stained and had a bad odour. The ridiculously small TV adds to the cheap look. They should really think of a thorough refurbishment before receiving guests for the World Cup and Olympics. |

its very close to Ipanema & Leblon area and 1 block from Copacabana beach. the maintanance of the equipments and the rooms should get better. |

Great view of Copacabana beach and sugarloaf from the rooftop bar/pool. Fast friendly service from every member of staff we spoke to. Literally 2 minutes walk from Copacabana beach and 10 mins from Ipanema so v. pleased with the location. Also, it's situated in a reasonably lively area with shops and a few seafront bar/kiosks, so feels safe at night. |

Friendly helpful staff. Very good location for both Copacabana and Ipenema beaches. Free wi-fi. Nice size rooms. Powerful shower. Some of decor a bit tired/dated. Could do with a bit of a refurb (minor quibble) |

The hotel is very good situated, just between Copacabana and Ipanema. A good "price - quality" relation. Every morning the same breakfast menu. After a week you cant watch it anymore. Very good fruits but any vegetables! |

It is very quiet , safe and security is oke The bed in room 708 was very small.I Asked for an other bed and it was not available.So I stayed in de same room. My length is 182 cm and 10 cm of my feet was outside the bed.They told me that they have de same size bed in every room |

The hotel was close to both Copacabana and Ipanema. The rooms we ordered (single and double suites) were huge. It had both a living room area with sofa, chair and kitchen and a more regular hotel room as a sleeping area. There was free wireless internet connection in the reception (with own computer). You could also rent the computers in the reception for a fee. Breakfast was very nice. The littel pool on the roof was large enough to swim in and it was heated, so that it was nice to use also in the evenings (open from 10-22). The bar on top was also nice. The hotel personell spoke English. The rooms were a little worn (electrical plugs that were broken etc.) There was no internet connection in the rooms, so we had to sit in the reception to work. The "sea view suites had a balcony, but not the "two brother mountain suites". |

Staff very friendly and helpful - always tried their best to help us out despite limited english and us speaking no portugese. Our room 1209 was fabulous much better than we expected. Being on the top floor we had great views of the favela and sugar loaf mountain. Lots of space to relax - we had 2 rooms with beds in one and sofa / table and chairs in other. Both rooms had a tv. Bathroom had lovely deep bath which was great for relaxing after a long day. Room cleaned and fresh towels everyday by lovely house cleaning staff. Breakfast was excellent whatever time we went - sometimes not til 10.15!! fresh fruit/ pastries / cereal / juice / pancakes etc. no complaints. Great location - near to beach. Everything perfect. would stay here again. |
