The hotel was very clean and the staff very attentive. It is ideally located for Copacabana and Ipanema beaches. |

Very well located, clean and access to high speed internet (free). Breakfast was very good. not all the staff were friendly and helpful. |

Staff really unpleasant. Various things were not working in the room, they promsied to take care but nobody showed up. At the end of my stay they tried to charge me additional amounts, then they gave up because I had all my receipts with me. Never again in this hotel. |

Da limpeza, do serviço prestado pelos funcionários do hotel, e do excelente pequeno almoço servido diariamente. Maio rapidez no atendimento aos serviços solicitados nos quartos, em especial quando existem avarias seja no A/C, TV, etc |

A 1 quadra da praia de copacabana, e tendo todos serviços, restaurantes bancos super mercado bem perto. A localização permite ir a pe a praia de ipanema tambem. As taxas extra: 10% de serviço + 5% de imposto municipal = 15% não estavão claras no site. O site tambem falava em pequeno almoço continental que fui descobrir que isto era o café da manhã. |

O quarto é amplo e tem bastante espaço para colocar as malas, com móveis novos e cama confortável. Uma de minhas maiores preocupações era com bichos e baratas, e fiquei satisfeita de não ter encontrado nada disso neste hotel. Os quartos são claros e possuem grandes espelhos. Banheiro bom. Poderia haver secador de cabelo no banheiro e a higienização do quarto também poderia ter sido melhor. Os lençóis que cobriam a cama não tinham elásticos, saindo do lugar no meio da noite e fazendo-nos ficar em contato com o colchão. O travesseiro é muito alto. Também achei o preço caro. |

Café da manhã muito bom, assim como o atendimento dos funcionários do hotel. O apartamento dos fundos em que ficamos (4o. andar) tinha barulho constante de máquinas que ficam no térreo. A ducha esquentava e esfriava sem que se encostasse no misturador. |

A limpeza dos quartos, a atenção e simpatia dos funcionários, além da excelente localização (a uma quadra da beira-mar, próximo a bons restaurantes, como o Eclipse, perto de pontos de ônibus etc.). O café da manhã poderia ser melhor, conter mais variedade de frutas e comidas quentes. |

ausgzeichenter Service, Personal an der Rezeption ist sehr hilfsbereit, professionell und spricht durchwegs sehr gut Englisch was sehr hilfreich ist wenn man nicht Portugiesisch versteht. Sehr gute Lage! Frühstück bescheiden und Frühstücksraum ebenso. |

Gostei da localização e do quarto. Foram coerentes, pois reservei um quarto para 3 pessoas e somente usei 2 lugares. Cobraram como se fosse quarto para 2 pessoas! Muito legal! Também guardaram as malas para eu retirar no início da noite (horário do voo). O quarto somente ficou disponível somente às 14h. |

Небольшой уютный отель.Рядом с побережьем и другими пляжами:Леблоном и Ипанемой(машиной 5 минут).Недорогой.Персонал вменяемый,даже понимает по-английски. |

Väldigt nära till både Copacaban och Ipanema. Det fanns även gott om affärer i närheten. Kändes som ett ganska "säkert" område. rummet var rent men inredningen började bli sliten, särskilt dörren var murken nertill |
