de ligging is vrij goed, erg ruime kamers ook, vriendelijke personeel, ontbijt is zonder meer goed, wifi zonder paswoord. de douches zijn erg smal |

The location was one block away from Copacobana at the Ipanema end of town. The are is safe and clean as well. A good breakfast.The staff, in particular the door porters were etremely helpfull. In my view, a nice, clean centrally located hotel. |

Reception staff and breakfast restaurant staff very friendly and helpful with good English spoken. Only one block back from Copacabana Beach. The hotel is a "two star" at best. Air conditioners too old and noisy to have going at night - no way could you sleep with it going! Single beds were hard and narrow - I don't know how a man would fit comfortably. My daughter and I stayed 3 nights. Next time I will pay a fortune to stay in Ipanema....if I ever go back! |

Staff were helpful and reception staff spoke english very well. Good location to the two main beaches, Breakfast was very good. The only sad point was the air conditioner, it was so loud made it hard to sleep. That was all. |

The hotel was very clean and the staff very attentive. It is ideally located for Copacabana and Ipanema beaches. |

Very well located, clean and access to high speed internet (free). Breakfast was very good. not all the staff were friendly and helpful. |

Staff really unpleasant. Various things were not working in the room, they promsied to take care but nobody showed up. At the end of my stay they tried to charge me additional amounts, then they gave up because I had all my receipts with me. Never again in this hotel. |

O hotel está numa boa localização e o quarto que me deram, no último andar, era bem silencioso. Cheguei tarde, após uma viagem cansativa e o ar condicionado não estava funcionando. Liguei para a recepção e fui informado que não havia outro quarto disponível. Fazia uns 32o naquela noite, tornando absolutamente impossível permanecer ali. Quando disse que ia embora, encontraram um outro quarto disponível. Além disso, pela primeira vez, reservei um quarto pelo Booking e descobri que a tarifa anunciada não incluia as taxas. |

Gostei muito do quarto, acomodações, limpeza, o banheiro em ótimo estado, fiquei no quarto 1301 . Unico comentario seria o ar condicionado do quarto que fiquei 1301, que funcionava bem mas estava muito barulhento. |
