I was allowed to keep the room until 6pm before checking out. This was very useful as I was flying from Rio at 11:30pm that night I was unaware of major renovation work at the hotel until I had made the booking. And even then it indicated that the work was due for completion on 30th November, which is definately not the case. |

Not a lot. There were massive reno works which were very noisy and the front of the building was a total mess. A temporary reception desk was there but the staff were very slow and no apoligies for the mess. The rooms need a good paint job and the bathroom was something out of a bad 80s movie! |

Da localização, da gentileza dos funcionários, embora antigo está conservado. O hotel está reformando, eis por que coloquei que o conforto é razoável. |

O que mais gostei foi da atenção e simpatia dos funcionários, fato este não comum quando se trata de hotéis do RJ, ou seja, os funcionários em geral não atendem bem. Eu já me hospedei em mais de 15 hotéis nesta cidade e não ser bem atendido é praticamente uma característica do setor, porém esta regra não se aplica ao Tulip Inn. Parabéns ao pessoal. O hotel passa por reformas na recepção, e o inconveniente que envolve uma reforma é conhecido de todos nós, mas nada insuportável. Os quartos passarão por uma merecida reforma em breve segundo comentários dos funcionários. Mais do que necessária esta reforma. |

Proximidade à praia. Hotel em obras, sem frente, acesso pela entrada de funcionários, sem restaurante, sem bar, fitness só no nome, café da manhã espremido no primeiro andar, poucas opções de frutas. |

A localizacao do hotel. Eh no coracao de Copacabana. O hotel estava numa reforma, a qual no site ja indicava terminada, entao foi um transtorno ter q passar pelos fundos toda vez q saia e voltava ao Hotel. Quartos estavam com cheiro ruim logo na chegada, q foi logo sanado apenas com abertura das janelas para correr ar.box do banheiro cabe meia pessoa nao mais. Eh extremamente pequeno. Mas a vista das varandas sao otimas. |

A localização do hotel é muito boa. A relação custo/benefício está adequada. Os funcionários da recepção, que embora muito educados, são econômicos em dar informações para o hospede à respeito de utilização de transportes e serviços na cidade, ou seja, à respeito de assuntos não referentes a hospedagem (por exemplo, não tinham um mapa da cidade para fornecer, e quando solicitado informações sobre transporte para o aeroporto a sugestão foi usar taxi). |

O que mais gostei no Hotel foi a localização, na Praia de Copacabana. O hotel é velho, com móveis muito antigos, portas velhas, banheiro escuro e com aparência de sujo. É tudo muito velho. |
