Staff were most helpful and friendly. They went out of their way to find a garage where I could repair my car.

I liked the breakfast service. The bus service and the use of the internet., & the telephone. As well as the air conditioner of the room.

I did not like the noise in places. Not enough storage spaces for myself. No dual language e.g. English & portugeuse/staff also.

The service was super friendly, and the people were very very helpful. We had trouble with our car, and my daughter became somewhat sick. They gave us support on all our problems, and gave our stay fond memories.

We enjoyed the setting among trees and away from crowded streets and traffic. Perhaps the best part of our stay was the breakfasts, which offered a large variety of foods.

I, the husband, did not like the fact that the room had packaged snacks in a basket on the refrigerator and, inside the refrigerator, several cans of soda and bottled water, all sold to the guests. The price list was provided. Andre, a staff member, told me that we could have any or all of these treats for $r15. Doubtful, I asked him several times whether we, in fact, could buy all of the contents for only $r15, and each time he said yes. Still doubtful, we used none of the items and, next day, we asked someone at the front desk whether Andre's information was accurate, and we were told that it was not. If we had believed Andre and consumed the contents, we would have been charged much money and received a great shock upon checking out. When I wanted to relax in the lobby with my reading and have some coffee, I discovered to my further dismay that the hotel charges for the coffee, $R2 for each small cup. Earlier, we asked the breakfast server whether coffee would be available to guests during the day and we were told that it was not. In our travels, we have always been provided with complimentary coffee throuhout our stay. I felt that the hotel regarded us, not as guests who have paid beforehand for the comforts of the hotel, but as customers offering the hotel further opportunities to make more profit. Finally, as we checked in, we could hear a nagging bark from a nearby dog. The staff member behind the dsk said tahat the barking would soon stop. After a while, it did stop but the dog continued barking intermittently throughout our stay, even in the morning. Since the dog was located just below our window, it remained a distraction.

My wife , stayed 3 days in Sept., excellent staff, clean and confortable rooms with a great breakfeats served....little English spoken, but communication was not a problem. Hotel on the side of the mountain , in the rain forest with a short walk to the beach. Many colorful birds, great views and we would return.

Location was a short walk to the praia grande, which was a great place to run, walk, people watch & swim. Breakfast selection of fruits, breads, juices & eggs done to order was excellent. Real scrambled eggs, fluffy & perfectly done, served in a bowl were the best I've had in Brasil. Breakfast on the veranda allowed a close up view of many colorful birds, including hummingbirds.

Front desk staff was pleasant & willing to help. However, they did not have many suggestions for what to do or see in the area. The location of the hotel, while a short walk from the Praia Grande beach itself, was not close to restaurants nor condusive to non-beach walks. For that, we had to drive into the next community. We would have walked there, but the walk would have been along a busy highway-like road which is not lit at night.

The hotel is very good value for money. The location is nice, with easily to reach beaches both by car, bus or bike. And fortunately is just a little bit apart from the bew built condominiums. The staff is very nice and helpful. Nice breakfast in a pleasant veranda. A great weekend escape from Sao Paulo!

O hotel é lindo, ficamos muito a vontade, café da manha super gostoso, um clima de tranquilidade, uma equipe super dedicada e atenciosa, hotel localizado super bem, experiência muito agradável, muito bom pois deu muita vontade de ficar mais...

Gostamos de tudo, é claro que cada dia é diferente do outro, no friozinho piscina aquecida é muito gostoso... Um cobertor mais quentinho... Fica a dica nas temporadas de freio... Mais no calor excelente... Nao falta nada...

Goste de tudo,desde o café da manhã,os funcionários, o quarto eu e meu marido passamos um final de semana maravilhoso, obrigado por tudo.

El hotel esta bien ubicado, a 300 metros de la playa, en un entorno natural agradable (aves, mariposas, arbolado). Desayuno correcto. Desde la piscina hay buenas vistas.

Tiene muchas escaleras para llegar a las habitaciones, piscina y comedor. Cobran por cualquier detalle (imprimir una hoja). Cuando llegamos, por la tarde, la piscina tenía muchas hojas que habían caído de los arboles próximos. Para ir a la zona de restaurantes hay que coger el coche.

Café da manhã muito bom, boa localização (local silencioso). Pessoal muito atencioso.

As camas poderiam ser melhores. Tive que tomar banho com água fria em dois dias, porque acabara a água quente.

Além da localização, comodidades e a estrutura do hotel, a equipe de funcionários é excelente, tanto que essa não foi minha primeira hospedagem neste hotel. Ótimo!!!

De ter que voltar!!!

Hotel agradável e bem acolhedor.

O horário da lanchonete poderia ser ampliado e poderia ser oferecido jantar para comodidade dos hóspedes.
