Hotel Cristal Palace

I have never been stayde in such hotels before - very noisy (even with closed window there was an impression you sleep on the streets), arrogant staff, old fashined furniture, old air conditions - only noise without any cold air. I would prefer to pay more but have more comfortable conditions

The staff helped and was nice, the room was correct, clean, simple. Free Wi-Fi was nice.

Too loudy, impossible to get some sleep, very basic. No Restaurant or bar, just the breakfast service.

It's a little bit closer to the beach, but not the best part, it's close to a bus stop but not of a subway station

Everything is terrible. The hotel may be cheap but we can't understand why we pay this price. The air conditionining was broken and there was no one in the hotel to fix it, they moved us from room and in the following day wanted us to come back to the first room, only one guy was friendly, the other staff was arrogant and just wanted us to buy touristic guides, the hotel is not professional and it seems to be from a familiar administration. The hotel staff were not informed about the basic information on the city.

Good location near beach in between Copacabana and Ipanema. Close to restaurants and walking. Friendly and helpful staff, A decent cafe da manha (breakfast) always on time. Room was cleaned promptly. A good place for the budget traveler.

Free internet, international tv-channels, the location of the hotel. Value for money - this is no luxury hotel but a great average hotel at a really fair price!

As fotos no site levam a crer que trata-se de um hotel de qualidade muito superior à encontrada. A cama de casal do quarto era muito pequena, o ar-condicionado era extremamente barulhento, a ponto de preferirmos dormir no calor a ligá-lo, o chuveiro caía muito pouca água e as louças do banheiro eram de péssima qualidade. No geral, o quarto estava muito mal conservado. Precisamos utilizar o liquidificador do hotel no café-da-manhã e para nossa surpresa fomos informados pelos funcionários que havia mais de um mês que o mesmo estava quebrado, e apesar de termos solicitado desde o primeiro dia até o último (passamos uma semana), para os funcionários, gerente e até o próprio dono do hotel, fomos embora sem que o conserto tivesse sido feito.

Da localização excelente próximo às praias de Ipanema, Arpoador e Copacabana, bem servido de opções de compras e alimentação.

sim, o hotel cobrou mais caro do que a reserva feita pelo site!!! A estadia saiu mais de 200 reais, no site era 176.se eu soubesse não ficaria neste hotel, ficaria em um melhor por este valor....
