Good location. Very small room with old equipment in poor condition, dirty bed and pillows (no pillow cases, unpleasant smell). Wardrobes had a strong unpleasant smell. Some reception employees were rude or didn't speak any English. Major WiFi connectivity issues. 3rd world quality at 1st world price. |

The staff helped and was nice, the room was correct, clean, simple. Free Wi-Fi was nice. Too loudy, impossible to get some sleep, very basic. No Restaurant or bar, just the breakfast service. |

It's a little bit closer to the beach, but not the best part, it's close to a bus stop but not of a subway station Everything is terrible. The hotel may be cheap but we can't understand why we pay this price. The air conditionining was broken and there was no one in the hotel to fix it, they moved us from room and in the following day wanted us to come back to the first room, only one guy was friendly, the other staff was arrogant and just wanted us to buy touristic guides, the hotel is not professional and it seems to be from a familiar administration. The hotel staff were not informed about the basic information on the city. |

Good location near beach in between Copacabana and Ipanema. Close to restaurants and walking. Friendly and helpful staff, A decent cafe da manha (breakfast) always on time. Room was cleaned promptly. A good place for the budget traveler. |

the location is really good. Just like any hotel is Rio, expensive and bad value for money for what it offers. The pictures make you believe it's some place a bit more interesting than it is. |

A sua localização. As fotos no site levam a crer que trata-se de um hotel de qualidade muito superior à encontrada. A cama de casal do quarto era muito pequena, o ar-condicionado era extremamente barulhento, a ponto de preferirmos dormir no calor a ligá-lo, o chuveiro caía muito pouca água e as louças do banheiro eram de péssima qualidade. No geral, o quarto estava muito mal conservado. Precisamos utilizar o liquidificador do hotel no café-da-manhã e para nossa surpresa fomos informados pelos funcionários que havia mais de um mês que o mesmo estava quebrado, e apesar de termos solicitado desde o primeiro dia até o último (passamos uma semana), para os funcionários, gerente e até o próprio dono do hotel, fomos embora sem que o conserto tivesse sido feito. |

O café da manhã é bem servido. O hotel é um nojo! O quarto é horroroso. No banho tem uma barra de segurança, como aquelas dos hospitais, mas é completamente enferrujada!!! A roupa de cama tem um cheiro ruim e o armário tem cheiro de mofo. |

A localização do hotel é o unico aspecto positivo é uma pena, que um hotel tão bem localizado, falhe completamente em todos os outros aspectos, e que desta forma penalizam o destino, e arruina, de certa forma, a viagem! Falta de limpeza nos quartos, zonas publicas, Arrogancia e falta de educação de alguns funcionários, aliada á muito pouca disponibilidade para resolver problemas. Durante o meu check in solicitaram pagamento total da estadia. Não achei correcto. As imagens apresentadas em nada refletem o estado do hotel. Voltarei a esta cidade, mas nunca mais a este hotel. Pessima experiencia |

da proximidade do hotel do congresso em que participei vi um enorme rato preto passar pela sala, direto para debaixo da porta de serviço, que fica bem de frente aos elevadores. ele parecia conhecer o caminho muito bem. |

cordialidade dos funcionarios tinha goteira dentro do quarto, a internet nao funciona, fica do lado de um bar (boteco), limpeza nao é excelente, a imagem da internet nao é igual a realidade. |
