the staff is efficient and professional, the hotel is correct, the breakfast is very good but Foz do Iguazu is not a safe city to stay in... Most of the taxi driver would make you pay a supplement to give you a ride after sunset and it was not recommended by the hotel to walk in the streets at night.. Puerto Iguazu in Argentina seems to be safer.... very few people of the hotel manage to speak some english.. but they speak spanish. |

Perfect choise for its price, moreover as the desk people speak few english, ther is an english speaking assistent available who helps you with everthing to visit overthere. The breakfast is OK, internet available in the hotel, facility to wash his clothes etc etc good value |

Staff was very kind. The room was very clean. The breakfest was delicious. The room was a little noisy, both for the sound coming from the street and for the sound coming from other rooms. |

Very good hotel for its price. The bus stop to go to the national park with waterfalls (and to the bird park too) is just a few steps from the hotel. The receptionists explain everything you need. |

Our room was spacious and clean. The hotel is in a convenient location for both Iguassu Falls and the airport. Overall it was good value for money. |

The hotel was clean and comfortable, and served a good breakfast. It was conveniently located downtown, and near the bus terminal. The rates were quite reasonable and I especially appreciated the inclusion of Internet access with the room rate. The staff were very friendly, and it helped a lot that they could communicate in English. |

The breackfast was very rich, the neibourhood seemed safe. we found a 4cm cockroach under the bed, the receptionist (who could hardly speak basic english) was laughing at us for making such a big deal out of it, and he didn't even apologize.. |

The staff were very helpful and spoke english very well, they were helpful with advice with resturants directions and pretty much anything. Hotel was Close to Central Bus station and supermarket, out the front door and turn right walk up the street and they are there. Enjoyed our stay. |

Fabulous breakfast buffet; friendly staff always willing to help and reasonably fluent in English, helpful when you're new to the country. Heating system wasn't quite up to the exceptionally cold weather during our stay. |

The staff were helpful and cheerful. They were quick to respond and attentive to our needs. The first day of our stay the hot water in the washbasin in the bathroom didn't work. It got fixed the next day. The room was spaceous and clean, there was a bed we didn't need but it was nice to put our luggage on for easy access. I suppose we may have paid a little more for the bed but I am not sure. |

I am glad they provide in-room Wi-Fi internet. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful, with good English-speaking. There is a office of one travel agency in the first floor which is very convenient for trip-planning and currency exchange. The location of the hotel is also good since there is a bus stop in front and the central bus station is only 2 blocks away. The major noises come from the closing of room doors, which is sometimes very disturbing. |

The staff were excellent, the tourism operators were great and the rooms were kept spotlessly clean. Great value for money and the breakfast buffet supreme (the coffee could be hotter!). An extra poolside lounge would have been great. I wouldnt bother advertising the fitness centre. |

We liked this hotel very much, breakfast was very nice like the room itself. The only thing we didn`t like very much was swimming pool that was small one and rather dirty. Another small problem was that the staff didn`t speak Spanish that`s strange because of side-by-side location with Argentina. The hotel itself is very-very nice and we really enjoed staying there. |

breakfast was great , and reception staff were so helpfull . anyone wishing to visit the falls give this hotel a go the hotel had a tourist ticket event office which i found was poor . |
