Breakfest is very good the staff is very kind and helpful location is good, near the central station
the rooms are very poor
Hotel location is good. Very convenient
Lvely helpful desk staff, gave us directions for the public bus stop to get to both the argentine side (first left, first right and the next stop you see!) and the brazil side (turn left out of the hotel and you will see the bus stop!) and the bus numbers. The travel centre guys also exchanged us a small amount of argentine peso. Lovely hotel, great breakfasts and good tips from the desk on where to go for dinner
* Good location for visiting the falls * Helpful personel * Fantastic breakfast buffet * WiFi worked reliably!
* It would nice to have a fly screen so that one can open the windows at night.
Stayed here for 2 nights. A very short stay in iguazu but the staff helped me use my time efficiently. There was a bus just outside that went straight to the national park and the falls. Also the same bus comes back via the airport which was great because I saved a ton of money on cabs. It was pretty windy so I couldn't make full use of the pool facilities but that's just one of those things. The breakfast buffet was very very good, a huge choice of fresh and cooked foods. Would stay here again
The pool cues.... A little hung but when you have a couple hours to waste a pool table is a waste if the cues have no heads. I say this with a bit of humour ofcourse
Loved the breakfast, substaintial and even had something for our daughter who has food allergies. The rooms were spacious, even with the four of us in one room and the bathroom was large with great shower pressure and hot water. All staff were helpful. Located near bus station for going to falls.
Was sometimes noisy at night.
I found the staff very helpful and friendly, the room was fine and clean.I had good WiFi. and there was a great breakfast every morning. It was close to bus station and shops and I would stay there again
Front desk staff spoke good English, clean fairly large rooms and bathrooms, good breakfast selection, fee wi fi. Excellent churrascarria about 100m down the street!
We didn't get a great night's sleep due to noisy neighbours/thin walls.
Staff good, very clean.
Pool bar never open. Pool looked murky. Room very small with tiny window. Was noisy on 5th floor.lots of children.
the localization perfect to visit both puertos in argentina and brasil and liked the cleaning of the room every evening when I went back to the hotel I saw animals shaped towels on my bed which were the cleaner made. I liked it very much. breakfast was perfect
wifi card....ruim I brougt my tablet but I cannot use it becuz the hotel gave me only 2 wifi card..one for my mother's phone and one for me..and not for my tablet.
Great place: staff is extremely helpful and friendly, very good location to catch the bus to the falls
Can be a bit noisy as rooms are not that isolated, but that probably applies to most hotels in Brasil
The hotel is modern and clean. The employers are kind. The rooms are big. There is a tourist agency
- easy access to Iguacu falls - delicious breakfast from 3 a.m. - well trained staff - good price - good rooms
Located beside bus station. Reception staff spoke excellent English and were able to tell me which buses to get, didn't need to pay for tour to the falls, both Argentinian and Brazilian side. First room I was given looked out on construction site and when I asked to change there was no problem. Got room 505 beside the pool. Only problem was one night it rained and being on top floor the noise woke me up. Great breakfast also. Near famous barbecue restaurant. All staff were very friendly and helpful.
Pool is shaded by tall buildings and water was cold
Very good breakfast, Very clean hotel English-speaking sta
The room had a very small window, like a prison cell. The staff are very keen to direct you to a travel agency in the hotel, which charges too much.
Clean hotel Very good breakfast English speaking and helpful staff Located near the bus station
Very comfortable, the condition is good, there is a small church in the hotel and also a swimming pool. The staff is very nice and make you feel at home. The environment is quiet which makes me fall asleep quickly.
The hotel is more like a hostel, simple and nice. The breakfast is very good. The room is big enough, bed is large too. If you ask at reception, they give you a discount for the dinner in the local Churrascaria - don't miss this restaurant, really worth going! Also, the hotel has a small travel agency, which we have used - be careful though, the first day tour was excellent but the second day we had some problems with this agency.
There were some flies in the room and when we killed them the "bodies" remained on the floor the next day - maybe the cleaning lady did not notice them.
Clean, excellent wifi, near plenty of restaurants, right by the bus station so easy to get to and from the falls.
Nothing. Look no further! Though I wouldn't stay here if I was a solo traveller as it is a hotel.
The staff were good and check in and out was prompt. Great buffet breakfast.
My room was next to the pool and I could hear a motor running all night. There was quite a bit of street noise as well.
Spacious room, excellent staff, clean spot with a nice games room with pool, foosball and PlayStation. It is close to the bus interchange to get to Iguazu National Park. We didn't get to try the pool since we weren't around in the day time and it was too cold at night to use.
The room was really cold at night and there was only an air-conditioner and no heater. The hot water also ran out quite quickly so the second person showering usually got luke-warm water.
next to central bus station, close to famous Brasil BBQ restaurant. clean room and comfortable. hair drier included. relax place to stay.
wifi reception is poor in my room at the end. Only a corner in my bed can get wifi.
Good standard hotel with nice friendly staff, location close to bus terminal was great * I have already recommended and I would use again when in the area!
There was building or reform work going on at the time, and this was probably only bad point of the stay luckily I was only there a couple of days so was mostly not in the hotel during the day.
Hotel, good rooms, nice entertainment for kids, good breakfast
Don't book trips at the tourist office, too expensive and you can do it all yourself. The hotel is also next to the bus station, so very to get to places
Everything. Foz do Iguacu was my third stop in Brazil after Fortaleza and Rio and this hotel was far better, and less expensive, than the accommodations I had in other cities. We Americans are a demanding lot - this hotel made me feel at home.
