O hotel é de uma categoria em extinção: é o hotel "familiar", que, por ser administrado pela família proprietária, proporciona ao hóspede uma acolhida "pessoal", "individualizada". Este aspecto é tangível, mas de difícil quantificação. O estilo "europeu", tanto da construção quanto da decoração, contribui a esse aconchego. Nada que mereça constar aqui.

La qualité de l'hôtel avec un personnel très accueillant et un excellent service. De plus l'infrastructure, est formidable avec bassins, cascades, piscine, aires de jeu à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur. A recommander pour y séjourner 2 ou 3 jours

Como esta foi a terceira vez que nos hospedamos no Dom Hotto, nada mais justo do que afirmar, que nos identificamos muito com as acomodações e serviços. De ter ficado por tão pouco tempo, num local prazeroso como o é.

Primeiro a proximidade do Aeroporto.É Um Hotel simpático,com bons serviços e pessoal educado.A úNica dificuldade foi encontrar o Hotel,pois o motorista não era de bh e não tinha nenhuma indicação.

It was clean, had comfortable beds, a small kitchenette and living area and the location was good. The price for the room given it's location was fair, but everything else seemed very expensive. Breakfast, not included, was $r90 per person, and to use the computer in the lobby was $r10 for 10 minutes (though they didn't have cards available at that rate) or $r50 for an hour.

The waiters were not very friendly when they noticed,that I was alone and that I do not speak portuguese.They did Not understand a word of english. Same for the room Service.
