The location and reasonable WiFi availability Yes, charges were 20 reais more per day upon departure or checking out. I extended my stay for one night and consequently for that night I had to pay the additional 20 reais in advance. Upon checking out they required me to pay the difference of 75 reais and insisted. I requested the police to come to the hotel. It took 15 minutes and they decided to accept it as it was. So the agreed rate is not pursued consistently |

I liked the staff and the fact that the hotel was very close to the beach. Due to the location next to the main-entrence to the Favella, it is not good place to stay if you are a white european... |

Old. Nothing works (room telephone, one elevator for days). Internet very expensive. Very close to the "favela" entrance. Good breakfast. |

Rooms were kept quite tidy / beds made / very good breakfast (eggs, ham, fruit, juice etc) Staff was helpful with transport information (busses etc) Rooms very loud (not properly sound proofed), Hotel is on the main entry to a Favella, not safe to enter after dark! Hotel tried to add gringo fees which we pulled them up on and got revoked. |

Staff friendly and helpful, except for one guy on a Monday morning. Repair the dripping taps and the broken windows. Let it clear that the safebox is not included in the price. In any case, let this extra money be included in the invoice to avoid thinking that it is for the staff. Try to improve the quality of breakfast (juice, bread, etc) |

O hotel estava localizado a menos de 15 minutos do local onde eu tinha os meus compromissos. O ar condicionado pelo menos funcionava. Um dos funcionários da recepção muito mal educado. Um dos dias acabou a luz e o hotel não possui gerrador. Encontrei uma barata num dos dias no banheiro. |

El desayuno está bien y el aire acondicionado tambien, y el hecho que tenga refrigerador pequeño en la habitación; pero es un hotel viejo, y las toallas estaban manchadas. Es viejo, uno de los 2 ascensores no funcionaba, las toallas estaban manchadas, se fue la luz y tuvimos que subir los 14 pisos por las escaleras y con una vela. Lo peor es la hubicación, si bien está a 2 cuadras de la playa, está al lado de la bajada de una favela, asi que había muchos chicos y grandes drogados, tirados en la vereda sobre cartones, y otros tomando cerveza, que había que cambiar de vereda o sortearlos; y nos sentíamos muy poco seguros, y no podíamos salir del hotel en la noche, por miedo a ser asaltados. |

É próximo a praia. A localização, na entrada de uma favela gera um certo temor em quem não conhece o Rio de Janeiro. |

Não gostei de nada, principalmente a localização, na entradada favela, um verdadeiro horror! Elevador social quebrado, limpeza péssima, telefone sem funcionar, roupas de cama e toalhas sujas sao jogadas no chão do hall dos apts e, depois no chão do elevador, um nojo... |

infelizmente não gostei do hotel e tive muitos problemas la! o elevador estragou. Nao colocaram aviso. tive q descer 7 andares durante 2 dias com um bb de colo e carrinho. e qnd o elevador voltou a funcionar, fiquei presa por 15 minutos. toquei o alarme e nada de socorro. ate q alguem ouviu e chamou o funcionario do hotel. fora a falta de cordialidade do recepcionista da manha. Muito desagradavel. nao sai de la pq nao achei outro hotel p ficar. Eu liguei no dia anterior a minha chegada avisando q eu precisaria de um berço e q chegaria depois da meia noite. qnd chegamos nao tinha mais quarto, nem berço. ja tinham dado como no show. os voos atrasaram por conta do mau tempo em brasilia e no rio. e por isso cheguei la as5 da manha. e foi a pior recepçao q ja tive em qq viagem. |

gute Lage des Hotels - 3' Fußweg zur Copacabana, relativ sichere Gegend, trotz "angeschlossener" Favela, ordentliches Frühstücksbuffet kleines Zimmer, noch kleineres Bad, für längeren Aufenthalt nicht zu empfehlen |
