Variety of different food every day. Location is perfect just next to the sandy beach. The staff is kind and helpful if you have someone to translate from Portuguese.
Almost none of the staff speaks English. Every morning at 7am we were woken up by stuff members pulling some trash bins just in front of our bedroom's window making a lot of noise. Although the hotel says it supports visa card they didn't accept my visa card because it wasnt from Brazilian bank! It's like the foreigners are not welcomed in this hotel. I had to go to the ATM to withdraw cash in the city and I got robbed. If they had accepted my card maybe that would not have happened. This situation made my holidays really unpleasant with much stress..
Excellent location, good food and (most of the times) the staff was courteous and attentive.
Unfortunately, the hotel did something that, in my opinion, was a big mistake. During my stay, as a way to entertain guests, there was music playing during all meals and for part of the day. The music, however, was over too loud and, even though I have nothing against regional culture, sometimes it was excessive and intrusive. If you're inside your room, with windows closed and a pillow in your head and, still, hear the music too loud, it's because a limit of common sense has been crossed. No matter what your music taste is, imposing it on others on extremely high volumes is never a good idea.
Enjoyed our stay very much as the facilities were very good and clean, staff friendly and engaging (trying every day to involve you in the activities), food was good with nice variety and different menu every night, plus live music every night was a bonus. Bit difficult if you don't speak Portuguese or Spanish as no one speaks English at the hotel. But other than that would definitely recommend!
An extra single bed in our double room. Significantly made our room smaller.
comfortable bed in front of the beach great pool area all-inclusive is really convenient shower pressure & temperature friendly, welcoming staff good food
4 people came to my room the morning of check out - i know they were in a rush but seriously? the pool activities can be annoying and kinda cheesy/lame service can take a while at the restaurant / getting things to your room (like a converter)
Nice pool. Nice evening entertainment
Happy hour, was not half price on drinks, it was snacks. Not so much english speaking staff. No cash machines in town, all out of order
Room (small balcony) Buffets
Swimming area too small
My family and another family stayed at this hotel for seven days. The service, food, staff and location are excellent. We all had a great time.
AC in the rooms were a bit tricky to control.
Hotel was very true to the advertised description, and we were very happy with our stay.
Good location, right at the beautiful beach. Good security.
The wifi didn´t work in the room, only on the balcony. No hot water in the shower. The cleaning lady came at quite strange times of the day, usually between 16.00 and 18.00 in the evening.
Not many staff spoke English , but usually one person during day and night shift did. Very helpful staff. All inclusive package makes life easier since you don't have to go find food, unless you are a food critic who insists on the very best local fare. Buffet was decent . Whole place reminded me of a vacation place in Mexico .
Worst gym I've ever seen at a hotel. Looks like no one uses it because no one probably does. Went to nitro fitness I believe the name was down the street. Used google translate to secure a daily rate. Decent gym.
Food Staff courteous Great ambience Clean
We asked for laundry service, and kept on asking for the price. Nobody could give us the price, so we didn't get the final price until check out. Which turned out to be 450 reais. Quite pricy for laundry, but it was something we needed. I would've appreciated to know at least how much we had to pay upfront.
Excellent service, room and pool area were great and buffet is brilliant. Right on the beach as well.
The location was excellent and was right beside the beach The food was very good and there was plenty to choose from Great little hotel and would stat there again
There was not enough English speaking staff at the hotel to help with enquiries but everything else was great
Hotel very old, room very small, staff not efficient, not 5 star as booking.com stated
Beautiful location. Nice people. Good food.
Our rooms were meant to be a triple and a double, this is what we paid for, yet we had 2 beds in each rooms. We complained, nobody spoke English or really seemed to care!! Outrageous really.
We visited this property during the world-cup events (June 14- June 21) and found the property to be very nice. A couple people at the front desk spoke English, and all of the hotel staff were polite and helpful. The rooms were comfortable, the pool was clean and there were plenty of outdoor tables, chairs and recliners. The room keys were electronic slide keys, and there were security cameras throughout the hotel. The hotel also included a breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet. The breakfast were mostly generic - but a good selection of scrambled eggs, rolls, fruits, yogurts, etc. For lunch and dinner the selection was different foods and deserts everyday. We ate about 70% of our meals at the hotel buffet and though the food quality and taste was very good. The hotel had someone checking and recording the food temperatures for safety. I would recommend this property to others.
The lighting in our room and bathroom could have been better.
Location was amazing, staff were wonderful, very clean, food was great, beaches and boardwalk were the best in natal
Brilliant location on the beach. Friendly staff. Good kitchen and a lot of variety in food.
The staff was responsive, friendly, and accomodating. We were there for the World Cup and do not speak Portuguese. The hotel hired translators for the sole purpose of assisting travelers who did not speak Portuguese. Several of the staff we also multi-lingual so I would go back knowing I could communicate. The location is right on the beach and is still close to the shops and restaurants. We could walk to the stadium or take a cab. The beach is beautiful and the water was clean and safe. The pool was clean and clear, and had a net for volleyball and a hoop for basketball. My wife thought the spa was great as well. They also set up several projectors for watching all of the games. The hotel is clean and many staff were always around. Room service did a good job and was also friendly. As first time travelers to Brazil and limited language skills, we still felt safe, well taken care of, and had a great experience. Strongly recommend this hotel. I would be remiss if I did not mention how good the food was and the daily variety. If you cannot find something you like, you are probably four years old and only eat candy and Doritos.
The gym was small, old equipment that barely worked and minimal weights. As far a hotel gyms go, very bottom of the list. Better than nothing, but plan on running on the beach. Also, we booked a room with an interior pool view, single king size bed. I am not sure if they ran out of rooms, but we got a room with a balcony facing a wall. I am not exaggerating when I say I could reach out and touch it from the balcony. The wall is 6 floors high (we were on 3) so no light and no reason to go out there. We spent so little time in the room when we were not sleeping, it was not worth complaining about, but still disappointing. I think it was a compromise because the room was for a family of four: very large, three beds, plenty of shelf/counter space. So we essentially traded a balcony for a huge room.
Great pricing considering the food was included (and very very good!). Location was fantastic as was the pool.
The room was tiny, even by small hotel room standards. The staff was ok, but not particularly friendly. No one tried to get to know us. A caveat: We did go during World Cup.
everything was fine
Quiet and comfortable. Buffet all included was very good.
Did not include drinks (even water) with buffet (usually only hard drinks not included). Safe in room too small. Shower curtains were inadequate, the whole bathroom gets wet (please replace them with glass doors!).
