Well placed, adequate accomodations (a bit modest). In general, the hotel is adequate. Some little problems: Only two employees at check out, long wait. Asked for non smoking room at reservation and got a smoking one (although adequately cleaned and smelling reasonably). Asked for a taxi and they forgot to call. Services have to be improved.

Bed was really comfortable. Suite was smaller than expected - not actually a suite but large hotel room. Internet was reasonable charged, but really slow making it almost unusable for business purposes.

One of the staff was extremely helpful, Fabio. He looked into flights, tours, ext. The breakfast buffet was quite good with some Brazillian fare to choose from. The neighborhood was very good, very safe, had two grocery stores literally within the same block. One of the femail staff had a bad atitude when I indicated that they, the hotel staff, had broken my hard cover suitcase when I had left it in their care and flew to Rio overnight - they didn't accept responsibility for the obvious breakage which indicates either poor training or plain deceit. In light of this incident, I would not recomend this hotel to anyone else. If you can't trust hotel staff with your belongings, why would you choose to stay there? Also, the pool was extremely small, and the gym inadequate. Three people in the gym and its too crowded.

Convinient for business at this part of city. Good to avoid trafic to downtown. Very noisy rooms facing front of the hotel. Hard to get rest. Better choise, get rooms facing back of the hotel. I think this hotel is better choise than hotels arround.

They promptly sent a person to bring it to me while somebody else called the taxi for me which arrived within 2 minutes. I was delighted with the breakfast variety included with the room price, even including delicious made-to-order omelette, a table of healthy breakfast choices. I have had much less at pricier hotel restaurants. It is located in Moema, a fine neighborhood, but there are less walking distance dinner options than I expected.

La Atención del Personal: Exquisita. La limpieza: Muy Buena. En comparación con el resto de Hoteles de la zona; la mejor relación calidad/precio en la zona de MOEMA-Sao Paulo. Además de buena ubicación para ir a restaurantes y Servicios. Y que el ruido del Aeropuerto de Congonhas no es apreciable... Le falta un servcio permanenente mejor de BAR-Restaurante y un Servicio Bussiness adecuadoa a su categoría.

Achamos o Hotel excelente. Muito bem localizado. Instalações novas (reformadas), enxoval muito bom (ao menos na Suíte Empresarial, onde nos hospedamos). Novo conceito de recepção aos hóspedes, com escrivaninhas no hall de entrada, ao invés dos tradicionais guichês, o que aproxima o staff dos hóspedes. Adoramos a seção "café na fazenda", no café da manhã, com produtos diferenciados e bem fresquinhos. Com certeza é o melhor hotel que já experimentamos em Moema (onde sempre nos hospedamos, devido à localização).

O quarto é amplo, bem ventilado, bem iluminado , cama excelente. O hotel possui localização excelente , café da manhâ muito bom, farto e bem servido. Deveriam melhorar as toalhas de banho e rosto , já bastante usadas e ásperas, e dar manutenção no ar condicionado que fazia barulho. O serviço de room service não atendeu após as 00:00 horas, deixando a desejar.
