Serviço atencioso, quartos práticos e confortáveis. Não há atenção a pessoas com restrições alimentares no café da manhã. Foi impossível conseguir um pouco de margarina (meu filho é alérgico a leite e derivados). Tampouco há opções para diabéticos como eu.

É um hotel de alto nível e consegui naquele dia (era uma sexta-feira) um valor de diária bastante razoável (era promoção). A decoração de bom gosto, com materiais de bom nível e roupas de cama novas e limpas. O banheiro também estava limpo (parecia também novo). Enfim, foi uma noite bastante agradável.

Funcionários do Hotel extremamente educados e dispostos a ajudar, fomos muito bem recebidos e atendidos. A localização do Hotel é excelente, perto do Aeroporto de Congonhas, com várias opções de restaurantes, bares e mercados ao redor. A área de lazer estava um pouco abandonada, sendo que a piscina estava sem aquecimento e a sauna desligada durante todo o final de semana.

Da localização. Gostei do atendimento da recepção e do pessoal do café. No boxe tinha cabelos e isso já nos deu uma impressão ruim de sujeira. A camareira é muito barulhenta e nos incomodou demais a ponto de ter que abrir a porta do quarto e pedir para ele se controlar.... Tbm não gostei do fato do café da manhã não ter manteiga, somente margarina.

O atendimento do pessoal do restaurante é fantástico, realmente preocupados com seu bem-estar. Tenho uma filha de 1 ano e sempre que fico em hotéis peço comida sem tempero, peço pra ferver água para mamadeira, e foi o primeiro que realmente fez como deve ser feito e com satisfação. Fui muitíssimo bem atendido por uma garçonete no restaurante, infelizmente não me recordo o nome. Os garçons no outro dia de manhã também foram muito atenciosos. Os mensageiros também são bem rápidos, a localização é muito boa, para quem não conhece São Paulo como eu, com um bom mapa chega fácil ao Hotel. Fiquei muito satisfeito e sempre que tiver reunião em Moema vou me hospedar lá. O Hotel é novo e bem confortável, mas não achei o preço compatível, a explicação pode ser mercado, pois já fiquei em hotéis mais luxuosos com preços melhores

Os quartos apresentam um excelente conforto e comodidade! Sempre me hospedo neste hotel, porém nesta última estadia deixaram a desejar no atendimento, principalmente no café da manhã, com um número baixo de funcionários para o atendimento! E outro fator grave foi a não reposição dos produtos no café a partir das 09h30 da manhã e as mesas bagunçadas, aguardando a arrumação!
