Limpo. Acho que é o melhor hotel de Americana. Acesso à internet sofrível, tanto cabo de rede quanto wi-fi. Me hospedei em nov/11 por 15 dias e o problema é o mesmo 18 meses depois. A mesma desculpa dos funcionários em dizer que reiniciaram o roteador, etc e no final oferecem um cabo de rede. Aparelhos de ar-condicionado muito barulhentos.

Localização, café da manhã muito bom. Limpeza, muita claridade e barulho nos quartos. Não dormi direito.
