óTimo atendimento e muito confortável. Ligação cobrada para dentro da cidade e também a não possibilidade de comprar comida delivery! Primeiro hotel que me hospedo que não tem essas facilidades para os clientes.

Os funcionários são muito educados e muito prestativos. A estrutura do hotel é um pouco antiga, mas é confortável em uma avaliação geral. O barulho dos carros próximo às janelas incomoda bastante.

1. Localização muito boa. 2. Bom atendimento pelos funcionários. 3. Café da manhã sortido e de boa qualidade. 1. Sistema de aquecimento com defeito. Não aquecia devidamente. Trocamos de quarto em virtude disto. 2. Necessária uma manutenção nos aparelhos de aquecimento do ar.

Boa localização para quem vai à Floripa a negócios, pois fica longe de todas as praias. Instalações confortáveis com acesso à internet e conta com estacionamento. Limpeza de quarto deixou a desejar, e apesar de ter especificado em minha reserva feita com dois meses de antecedência a preferência de quarto para não fumante me colocaram no andar reservado para fumantes...um erro fatal para mim, pois detesto cheiro de cigarro. Os manobristas não tem muito cuidado com os automóveis dos hóspedes, pois presenciei um momento em que um manobrista saiu cantando pneu com o carro de um hóspede.

O atendimento dos funcionários do hotel é 100% e a localização, para quem quer conhecer todas as praias da capital é excelente, pois propicia idas para sul ou norte com muita facilidade. Não gostamos muito do colchão (de molas), que balança inteiro quando alguém se mexe.

Pasamos de lo mejor en el Hotel, el personal fue muy bueno y en todo momento procuraron hacer buena la estadia. Gracias!!! Solo vi un poco desorganizado la limpieza del hotel, siempre teníamos que pedir en la recepción que limpien, cuando pienso que eso debía ser automático y bien organizado
