The hotel looks stylish. It is not a luxury hotel as claimed, since it fails in perfection. Many things are not working properly: The shower hose was broken, the closet didn't close properly. There were also no general light in the room - so you enter a almost dark room and have to search for a light button at the bed to light up a larger lamp before you can see where you are... |

Ideal hotel to visit's Florianopolis nightlife and beaches. Great service, great view. Distance to beaches is between 5 and 25 km's... it's apitty we didn't know how the dvd was working. 3 remote controls for watch tv is too much :) |

Localização do hotel. Perto de tudo (restaurantes, shoppings..etc) e com ótimo visual. Sim. No check-in nos deram um quarto desarrumado. Segundo o funcionário do hotel, o sistema estava marcando que esse quarto já estava limpo e, portanto, disponível para uso. O problema foi imediatamente resolvido com a liberação de outro quarto. |

Instalações de 1a. qualidade, limpeza impecável em todos os setores, funcionários atenciosos, sempre atentos a cada detaalhe. Espero que o Hotel mantenha a política de reservar alguns quartos com preços bastante acessiveis para nós, uma vez que o preço de R$ 180,00 a diaria, para a qualidade do Hotel, é uma tentação. |

Ja positief, alhoewel voor een stekker dient men een R$ 50,00 borg te ondertekenen en bij het inchecken dient men een garantie van de overeengekomen overnachting + een extra R$ 100,00 te ondertekenen.Men heeft steeds het gevoel dat er een klimaat van wantrouwen t.o.v. de klant heerst. |
