Poor wifi connection (worked better with cable, but still hard to make skype calls). The room is old, but clean. It is however fair for the price

very old structure, costly and noisy. Swimming pool is a joke, the sauna doesn't exist.

Most of your workers were so kind and smily.

When checking in (Sunday 14th 2013 - 14:00) the receptionist were not that kind, they didn´t smile. It seemed we were not paying but receiving the service for free. I guess you should work on that. Besides, the credit card payment presented problems and you didn´t receive usd.

Great place. I was there for 9 nights. Right in the heart of Jardins neighborhood. Close to everything. Welcoming staff, clean rooms, and great breakfast! Exactly what I needed!

The hotel is very nice, in a great location and the facilities are acceptable.

Attention was good, staff very kind.

There was no iron for clothing, even on request because they only had an industrial one. As I was on a business trip it was very important.

Location

When leaving my friend lost her passport in the room, when she realized, we came backj to look for it, but the cleaning lady had already checked the room and claimed she had found nothing. I asked to check it myself and found the passport in a drawer, perhaps they should instruct their staff on what a passport looks like and of its importance to traveklers.

the area of swiming pool, gym and sauna felt very much abandoned. The stairs also felt a bit dark.

Good location, 10min walk to av. Paulista and a Subway station. Also close to a nice park that is like a small jungle in the middle of the city. Spacious rooms, nothing fancy, but kept clean and fresh. Good breakfast. Professional and helpful staff. They let me have a late checkout at 3pm for no extra charge, was nice of them.

Events - They threw a good new year's eve party and we were able to go on the rooftop and watch the fireworks from Av Paulista. FOOD - The food was great on the new year's eve dinner and on breakfast (lots of options too). STAFF - They were very kind and fairly competent. LOCATION - It's always nice to be close to Av Paulista and the Trianon Park makes up for a beautiful view and a pleasant walk to the avenue itself. WI-FI. Once I got it working, it was fast and stable.

Room. The rooms were recently refurbished and the new décor makes for the ugliest hotel room I've ever seen. They didn't take the opportunity to fix the room's windows, which were really difficult to handle. The bed is a bit uncomfortable (narrow and hard, but not much) and the pillows are a bit too thin. It doesn't really feel like a 4-star hotel. LOCATION - The Trianon Park is beautiful, but I didn't feel safe crossing it with my family to get to Av Paulista. WI-FI - At check-in I was informed that wi-fi was down. On the elevator, a fellow guest told me that it was working and gave me a password. When I tried, the wi-fi worked. Didn't get it. Was I supposed to pay for wi-fi?

Gentleness of the staff, wide and well furnished rooms, with tables, chair making easy to work.

I did not like anything about it. They made me pay at check in so I was stuck with it after discovering how bad it actually was. Highly unrecommended!

Location

Internet connection SUCKS, Water take AGES to warm up and in the middle of your shower the water goes suddenly COLD, they moved me to another room, and those problems continued. Also the air condicioner and telephone didnt work in my room.

Good location. Bedroom was nice.

They charged us more than the price that had been agreed on the website. I protested but to no avail.We paid quite a lot extra for a third bed which was wheeled in after our arrival and was of poor quality and flimsy.

Perfect location. Close to Av. Paulista ( the heart of S.P.), Oscar Freire ( the best shopping area in sp). Walking distances to restaurants. The personnel was very polite and helpful. The doorman could not be more polite as also the valet parking.

The beds could be a little bit more confortable, but this is the brazilian style. The majority of hotels in Brazil don't have big bed.

I like the location and the breakfast was good.

I dislike that you are charged for use of internet and for the security box. I had to ask for a hairdryer, and when I left I was asked if I had left it in the room which I found very weird.

Close to Av Paulista for business.

WiFi may be free but it doesn't work. Requested non-smoking room but found cigarette burns on desk. Very old and run down - dirty marks on carpet in room and in the corridors - all kinds of old and different electrical connections loose in the walls. Telephone system so bad one can hardly hear or be heard on internal calls. Indifferent staff. I cannot recommend this hotel.

The location was excellent, in an very good area.

we thought that for a being a 4+ star hotel as advertised, it wasn't really good value for money. The bathroom wasn't really that clean and on the last day we realized the housekeeping wasn't all that good either
