Service was excellent location a little tricky to find but xlose to major roads

It is an adult motel. So u can't bring children an a little tacky atmosphere

Staffs speak very good Englsh. Room is big and clean with a balcony. The breakfast is very nice western style buffet.

The location is not good, just somewhere between the Centro and the airport. It's good for someone who just stopover in Rio.

No phonic isolation, just like sleeping on the road... or just not sleeping.

El desayuno era bueno, el staff amable y el precio es bueno para lo que ofrecen.

Queda un tanto lejos de la playa y los centros comerciales, pero hay un metro casi al lado asi que no es un gran problema.

The reason we choose this hotel is that it was affordable compared to other hotels in Rio (we stayed during new year) while the score was more or less okay. What you need to know is that the rooms need to be re-touched or even totally renovated. The rooms might be cleaned well but the state of the rooms makes that it just doesn't feel that clean. Breakfast is great. Be prepared to struggle communicating with the staff since only very few speak some english and even spanish didn't help much. We were surprised that this is quite a common situation in Rio.

Like the rest of Rio: Overpriced!

The hotel was comfortable with updated rooms. Morning breakfast was outstanding in variety and quality in a country that does not excel in fine cuisine. Extending the morning breakfast buffet until 1pm. Was much appreciated on New Year's Day.

The noise from the freeway was excessive-we were awakened every morning by loud traffic that runs in every direction past the hotel. Daily room maid service was not reliable. On days when we needed towels to be changed out, we would not have anyone attend to our room. The "cable television" was never getting a good signal when we wanted to watch some news. We relied on using our IPads and laptops when we wanted any news or entertainment in our room. The Hi speed Internet connection was excellent.

The traditional Brasilian buffet breakfast was one of the best I have had in years of living and working in Brasil.

There was no ac control in the room and after three trips to the front desk, and them insisting there was thermostat control, (which didnot exist), they finally sent someone with a remote control. He turned on the ac and said he would come back with another control but he never showed up. It was extremely hot all night, (welcome to Brasil).

Is a Good Hotel, but is very far from the beach and the neighbourhood is not very safe at night. The facilities are good and the breakfast is also good.

Enough space in room. Computers with internet, which are useful when yours does not work (from some reason I could not get internet (local only) with my laptop).

Position. Old devices. I could not borrow adapter for connection laptop charger on electricity (mine was too thick).

This is an excellent hotel in the wrong area! If you just need a very comfortable place to lay your head, and are happy to take a 5 minute walk to and from the Metro in daylight, and a taxi at night, then this hotel is ideal. If you want to stroll around at night and find pleasant bars and restaurants, forget it! We didn't feel particularly unsafe, but the area is just run down. Can't fault room comfort and cleanliness, breakfast was excellent, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and some spoke English. Somebody spent a great deal of money building and furnishing this hotel, pity they didn't choose a better location!

I've had misfeelings about the hotel after reading other people's comments but I was very surprised when I've arrived and saw all the happy faces there, very helpful receptionists, all of then, who went out of they way to help and make my stay there most enjoyable. The free internet a big plus, excellent brakfast, thanks Marcia

nothing to complain about the hotel the only drawback is was the location a bit far from everything, but buses ans metro are close by, be adventurous
