Score from 234 reviews Good
Great location close to city centre and Teatro Amazonas. Good wifi.
Most of the staff did not speak English or any other language than Portugese. Bathroom was small and not comfortable. No hot water. There was a machine behind the window (probably air-conditioner) making so much noise that it was difficult to sleep at night.
very good location plus value for money. staff spoke adequate amount of English
Overall. A good cheap hotel. Great location, good breakfast.
Good value Good location Good restorant
No wifi for one full day
wifi space of the room
gym breakfast cleaniness
The hotel was well located, comfortable and served a good breakfast at an excellent price. The staff were very helpful too. All in all we thought it could not be bettered for what we wanted.
We did not eat there in the evening so cannot comment, many other guest did though
Poor breakfast, small room, not clean at all, bugs and dust everywhere . No english speaking staff, bad service
Breakfast was poor, fruit didn't look good. Not many items. When you asked for something else, they wouldn't give. Even when they gave to somebody else. In the rooms were bugs everywhere. The room was dirty and the tiles of the shower where not clean, they where bleu of the cleaningstuf. The whole hotel was very dirty and dusty
1) Town district and surrounding of the Hotel are dirty, shabby, in bed state. The same is applicable to the Opera of Manaus close to the Hotel. 2) The personnel of the Hotel is extremely unfriendly and unable to make a proper check-in: access to the room with the electronic card didn't work (so we had to go back to the reception), access to the wifi didn't work (so we had to go back to the reception again), they didn't accept that we already had paid the room in advance via booking.com (so we had to pay the room rate twice), only one staff member was able to speak a little English (the other 3 staff ladies were just talking and laughing and not able to work). 3) The furnishing of the room was primitive and the atmosphere was cold. 4) The breakfast did not even fulfill the minimum demands of a breakfast. The plates and knives were dirty. The breakfast room was to small for all the guests.
In Go Inn Manaus we had the best stay along Brazil (we were in Brazil for a 15 day tour and changed lots of hotels). Helpful personnel, fast WiFi, clean, comfortable beds, secure, rich breakfast. Everything seemed to be very well organized and focused around customer satisfaction and comfort. It's not a 5 star hotel, but for its price it is unexpectedly good. Absolutely recommended!
Location, cleanliness, breakfast, staff
Perfect and safe location near Teatro Amazonas. Rooms are smallish but clean and efficient, modern decor. Good breakfast. Good gym.
Took ages to register at hotel.
The Go Inn has a great location, is very clean and safe, making it a great springboard from which to explore Manaus and Amazonas. The staff were also very friendly and helpful in providing restaurant recommendations and sightseeing tips.
The rooms were very basic, with sluggish air conditioning and temperamental wifi. The breakfast buffet could do with a bit more variety.

Excellent location - 5 min. walk to the Amazon Theatre, nice decor, helpful staff, good price - each of us got a separate room. Reliable WiFi.
Small rooms, with this price we booked two separate rooms next to each other. Expensive pantry items as somebody already mentioned, there are 2 supermarkets within 20 min. walk however.
A fairly standard but comfortable business hotel - in a very convenient location, just behind the theatre. Good breakfast & helpful staff.
everything was good - the room' b eds' cleaness. very effective and also good for bussiness people. it was good to be there in a comfortable safe place before and after the jungle trip. staff was very attentive and effective.
Great location, breakfast
clean and modern
rooms above taxi stand are noisy. be prepared to hear the neighbours.
Being smack-dab at the heart of town. Breakfast was ok. Proximity to Bar Armando.
Room way too small. No telephone in the room. No room service whatsoever (small things like water, soft drinks, sandwiches, etc.). No transportation to and from the airport.
Good breakfast and wifi. The facilities are clean and well cared for.
Staff seemed sullen and not particularly helpful. No offer to help us move our 9 bags up to the rooms or to help us find a van transport from the airport. Not cheap.
This is a great hotel located close to the Theatre and other attractions. The staff all speak English and are very helpful and efficient. Room quite comfortable. Good wifi. Would definitely recommend staying here if visiting Manaus.
The people who stayed there, snobby, old, rude.
Stayed during the world cup, swiss v Honduras game prices were cheaper than the backpacker hostels round the area!!
Facilities were excellent, great breakfast, great staff.
Wifi was spotty in room, but not to bad.
