The room price was good, the bill boys were good too, and the free breakfast was good. Charging me 2 Brazilian reales for the key to the safe, ie. using the safe. |

Central and very quiet location (although a bit isolated and dark at night) , good bathroom , reasonable breakfast , attentive staff Bed cover and air conditioner were dusty but were changed/ cleaned when asked , bed was on the hard side and could be softer , other guests should not smoke in the corridor |

Même si vous n'utilisez pas votre clim. celles des autres chambres résonnent toute la nuit,comme si vous dormiez à côté d'un moteur, pire si vous utilisez la votre. Le matelas n'est la que pour paraitre, il ne vous sera d'aucun confort, autant dormir par-terre. Bref je déconseille vivement cet hôtel qui ne devrais avoir aucune étoile. |

A relação custoxbenefício é excelente, o quarto confortável e as refeições muito bem servidas. Os funcionários também foram sempre muito solicitos. A localização, embora excelente (frente para o Aterro), possui ruas muito escuras ao redor, que transmitem insegurança pra quem deseja sair a pé ou tomar o metrô após as 17h. |

O Pessoal. Muito prestativos. Acomodações antigas, quartos sem nenhum isolamento acústico, devido a frente doHotel ser toda envidraçada, não há isolamento entre um quarto e outro. Telefone no corredor, ao lado da porta do quarto,tocando em alto volume a qualquer hora . Ruidos excessivos do elevador. |

Da localização no bairro da Glória, com fácil acesso para o centro do Rio de Janeiro e para a zona Sul. Gostei do fato de o hotel ter WiFi. O hotel está precisando de uma renovação e deveria melhorar a qualidade do café-da-manhã. |

Os funcionários são todos atenciosos. O quadro de funcionário foi o que mais gostei. Falta box no banheiro, o ar condicionado não tinha os botões para regular temperatura (e ele estava somente na ventilação) e a televisão com problema na sintonia. |

Da localização devido a tranquilidade e facilidade de locomoção Que troquem o carpete do corredor por piso frio . Ao fazer a minha reserva , fui confirmado pelo próprio hotel que meu quarto seria de frente e quando cheguei havia reserva em um de fundos, porém isso foi resolvido na hora. Além disso fiquei sabendo que o meu quarto era o único que não tinha cama box e sim cama comum não entendi porque fomos acomodados neste e confesso que cheguei a pensar na possibilidade de ser devido a reserva ter sido realizada através deste site. Preferi não questionar com o hotel devido ao 1º problema ocorrido com relaçao a localização do apartamento. |
