First impression of the hotel was very good. The staff were too impersonal and when approached made me feel as if I was intruding. A separate room for dining, especially breakfast would be appreciated as there was too much going on - it was very noisy |

Very nice hotel with excellent ambience and location. The guest of one of the two rooms on this reservation arrived at 9:30 am and asked for early check-in which is common with many hotels. This hotel tends to charge half day's rate always when this is the case (happened to me last year as well). Given that most flights from Europe to Brazil arrive early morning, I would not choose this hotel again when this is the case. |

Good location with some excellent restaurants very close eg Dinho's (not part of hotel). Lobby area was nicely laid out. Hotel very average and disappointing given it's 4/5 star rating. Rooms are tired, bar and restaurant usually empty so no atmosphere, swimming pool very small and nowhere near as nice as the photo's. Not much English spoken |

My flight to Sao Paulo landed at 7am so i was at the hotel at 8:30am. They charged me an extra 1/2 day because i arrived at that time. I have never been charged extra for arriving early before. I think that was unacceptable |

La primera noche que pasamos en el hotel nos trataron muy bien y todo nos gusto. Pero no conservan la calidad asi que el turista se arriesga si reserva en este hotel a que no le cumplan la reserva. No lo recomiendo No respetaron nuestra reservacion, hecha ccon muchisima anticipacion , cuando llegamos no tenian los 2 cuartos reservados, nos mandaron a otro hotel, solo tenia un cuarto, nos regresaron al golden tulip y nos dieron los 2 cuartos, pero el nuestro, tenia las sabanas sucias (las cambiaron hasta las 11.00 pm, y olia horrible y nunca nos hicieron caso. |

朝食に日本食があるのはうれしかった。味もおいしかった。ブラジルに来て初めて梅干しを食べて感動した。部- 屋もシンプルできれいにしてあってよかった。NHKが受信できて、夕食前などに少し体を休めるときにいい時- 間つぶしになる。レストランには子供用のイスがあり助かった。 シャワーの温度調整が難しい。子供(1歳)連れで荷物も多かったが、フロントに入ってから部屋まで、全く手- 伝ってくれる気配はなく、こんなものかという感じでガッカリした。 |

Nur die Liege am Pool. Nicht der Küchengeruch am Pool. Doch schon etwas abgewohnt. Trotz Suite keinerlei Komfort. Was soll ich mit einem Geschirrbecken ohne Geschirr, nicht mal ein Wasserkocher auf dem Zimmer. Rein garnichts! Fernseher steht neben dem Bett auf dem Nachttisch. |
