Score from 1683 reviews Very good
The best part of this hotel, by far, was the pool, and associated views of the ocean.
The front desk staff were rather rude, and unhelpful. The noise from the street parties on Friday and Saturday nights was incredible. Could not block it out, even with earplugs. Breakfast is average, there is no facility to make toast.
Good breakfast Standard of rooms was ok
Very very noisy, everything from outside was heard For holidays not good, bad localization, quite far from city center, not recommended for holiday
old dirty apartment, too much noise from aoutside without proper isolation
It has great facilities! The view from the pool is incredible.
The quality of the wi-fi is really poor. It was quite annoying. Hard to keep connected.
Its close to the best place for acarajé in dinha.. amazing night life close by ...amazing view of the coast line ... n really delicious breakfast :)
Wifi weak... bathrooms need more of renewal n proper lighting...
The hotel was very safe and comfortable. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was fabulous. The views were gorgeous. We enjoyed playing tennis on the rooftop court and loved the rooftop swimming pool with its amazing views.
There was loud noise at night on the view side of the hotel due to parties in the parking lot at the coast just below the hotel.
Buffet breakfast was great and pool area was fantastic.
Hotel interior starting to look a bit dated and Wi-Fi was frustrating!
The staff were fantastic - very accommodating, helpful and friendly. The breakfast was very good. The room was spacious with a balcony that had a great view of the beach and the town.
They over-charged me.
Price is Ok for the early days, when the FIFA match is Over, Price should be lower
There should have a direct access to the beach. On foot, it is not easy to go out. The hotel located along the beach is mainly attracting sightseeing tourists, not people for business, so the access to and out of the hotel is big problem.
Location, views from room and lobbys
The beds, tiny, uncomfortable. Big room, 3/4 was empty because beds were so small. Need more english speaking channels on tv
Friendly staff , good location, good breakfast
Very poor Wi fi, need to change rooms from noise and collapsed sink. Haphazard security, not consistently applied during world cup game
The Staff were amazing! Very Very helpful and friendly. Breakfast and facilities are top notch.
Wi-fi was frustrating.
We had a room with a fantastic view. Rooms were large, clean and comfortable. Staff were helpful and the breakfast included was really great. We got a value deal so we felt it was excellent value for money.
Wi-fi did not work in the room which was frustrating.
The location. Great view and close to the main square in Rio Vermelho. Although you might need to hike a hill to get there. Staff was great.
1. Awful wifi. Half the time it wasn't working and when it was it was slow as ****. I tried the wifi in other places in Salvador much faster. 2. The hotel has not been upgraded in forever. Really needs some renovation in the room. Corporate does not care about the experience it seems.
Wifi wouldn't work in hotel room, only hotel lobby.
room is old, toilet is even older, staff does not know its own city and much more
The location (perfect for those who are looking for night life, many bars and restaurants around).
Wi-fi: TERRIBLE and EXPENSIVE.
Good location, close to bohemian area, restaurants and so on. Safe. Very nice views
Wifi didn't work at all. Short 5min walk uphill to get back to the hotel, it is good to be aware of that
very friendly staff good location relatively safe. Breakfast was brilliant start could be a little more knowledgeable about things to do in the centre of town
unfortunately how to get to the hotel you need to take a transfer taxi from the bottom bus stop or street. The hotel is on a very steep hill which is difficult to walk up/down and at night not very safe at nifht. but there is a guard at the base of the hill. Other than that the placement was perfect
Location and The restaurante
The paviment in The rooms and corridor
Clean, nice breakfast, good tv
Old design, slow wifi, tiles are too noisy while you walk with your suitcase.
Top Location. Wonderful view from pool on 8th floor. Good breakfast.
Ongoing renovation. One lift out of Operation for a Long time. Impossible to reach Hotel during Yamanja celebration during Iamanja celebration.
