Nós ficamos hospedados numa suite e gostamos bastante da acomodação, do buffet do café da manhã (da fazenda), do luxo do hall e da localização, pois nosso objetivo principal era o Shopping D&D que ficava exatamente em frente ao hotel. Que fossem apresentadas e definidas na internet as fotos de cada tipo de acomodação oferecida pelo hotel, inclusive dos apartamentos. |

Considero o nível de serviço e comodidade como os pontos fortes. O atendimento fornecido por alguns funcionários do hotel (central de atendimento do hotel) poderia ter sido melhor.. |

la atencion del personal, toda muy correcta, aunque no pudieron configurar mi portatil para acceso a internet desde la habitacion y tuve que trabajar en el hall. Cortesmente accedieron a no cobrarme por ello, al mostrarles que la reserva ofrecia internet gratuito. Las instalaciones son clasicas, la bañera de dificil acceso. Le falta un poco de modernizacion y funcionalidad. Algunas deficiencias en lo que se espera para un 5*. |
