Comprehensive breakfast buffet Wireless internet does not work on higher floors (e.g. 12th floor), had to ask a network cable at the reception. Lots of noise from outside.

The very best thing is the staff, they are extremely kind, helpful and friendly: Rodrigo, Flávio, Alexandre, Fabiana, Remédios, and all others whose names I do not remember. They are the very best asset there. A also like very much to have a DVD gadget in the bedroom. The meals prices: they have the same menu in all the hotels of their chain, with the same ingredients and presentation; however, the prices are quite different and in Gran they are much higher. I am sorry, but I consider this a form of theft. Another thing I dislike is the pillows, they sink when we put the head, they are too soft.

Hospitality of the personnel It is not possible to exchange money of foreign currency which result in forcing the guest to find other alternatives to do it for example at sheraton or hilton which may cause that the guest would prefere staing at one of these rather than at gran estanplaza! Besides this although I made my booking on internet through booking.com hte reception could not find my booking which was strange!!

hotel is a little bit old, but stay inside still feel very warm , only problem is that the first night I stay in room 303, it is opened to the near noisy street, so it is not too much quite.However after that upgrade me to 1215 , it is much better and much quiet and I can sleep very well.

Gostei de sua comodidade e beleza aliado ao ótimo atendimento de seus funcionários. Os dois apontamentos que teria a fazer são de que pedi um cobertor extra a camareira e não fui atendido e por sair muito cedo no check-out ( 5:45 h ) a recepcionista me disse que não teria café da manhã. No dia da saída o recepcionista prontamente me encaminhou para o salão do café frisando que talvez nem tudo estivesse no lugar e pronto devido ao horário , o que me pareceu correto.

O restaurante não é muito bom. Os quartos não tem aquecedor, mas eles providenciaram um portátil. Internet wifi gratis por seis horas, mas o sinal é fraco.

Hospedamos no hotel para irmos a uma festa em um endereço proximo. Ficamos satisfeitos. O cafe da manhã já incluído na diária está abaixo da boa qualidade das instalações do hotel.

Amabilidad del personal, buen desayuno con productos de calidad, cama confortable, muy buena arquitectura y decoracion La piscina no estaba temperada como anunciado. La habitacion no tenia calefaccion, habitacion un poco ruidosa y con vista no muy atractiva

áRea comum tem requinte e sobriedade criando um ambiente muito agradavel de se desfrutar. Bom ginásio de atividade fisica. Restaurante à la carte oferece pratos bem elaborados e no volume apropriado. Garçons atenciosos e precisos. Recepção eficiente, amigável e soícita.
