Comprehensive breakfast buffet Wireless internet does not work on higher floors (e.g. 12th floor), had to ask a network cable at the reception. Lots of noise from outside.

The very best thing is the staff, they are extremely kind, helpful and friendly: Rodrigo, Flávio, Alexandre, Fabiana, Remédios, and all others whose names I do not remember. They are the very best asset there. A also like very much to have a DVD gadget in the bedroom. The meals prices: they have the same menu in all the hotels of their chain, with the same ingredients and presentation; however, the prices are quite different and in Gran they are much higher. I am sorry, but I consider this a form of theft. Another thing I dislike is the pillows, they sink when we put the head, they are too soft.

The Gran Estanplaza is a really nice hotel. I would like to comment on the nice gesture of the bag of jellies left in my room having eaten most that were on the reception desk - thank you.

the breakfast buffet was awesome and Vasco (head waiter) made for a great experience. the staff were incredibly hospitable...the concierge was also very friendly and helpful... The pillows were a little small and I could not figure out how to turn on the air-conditioning

Hospitality of the personnel It is not possible to exchange money of foreign currency which result in forcing the guest to find other alternatives to do it for example at sheraton or hilton which may cause that the guest would prefere staing at one of these rather than at gran estanplaza! Besides this although I made my booking on internet through booking.com hte reception could not find my booking which was strange!!

hotel is a little bit old, but stay inside still feel very warm , only problem is that the first night I stay in room 303, it is opened to the near noisy street, so it is not too much quite.However after that upgrade me to 1215 , it is much better and much quiet and I can sleep very well.

The complimentary breakfast was good, the location provided easy access to Itaim, and the hand written welcome note was a nice touch. Wifi was not complimentary. For a business hotel it is very inconvenient to have to pay for internet usage by the hour.

Cafe da manha, cama, estante da TV que gira podendo ver tanto da cama quanto do escritorio. Solicitei um prato de picanha. Pedi ao ponto e veio muito bem passada, quase torrada. E tambem o fato de nao ter uma lista de canais da TV.

Do Rodrigo, o rapaz que, por duas vezes apenas, infelizmente, serviu-me o "room service". Extremamente simpático, prestativo e gentil, fez-me sentir em casa. Perguntou como havia sido o meu dia e, quando respondi 'exaustivo', imediatamente ofereceu-se para trazer um chá. E o chá estava perfeito: água quente em garrafa térmica, 3 opções diferentes de chá, pãezinhos, talheres corretos e suficiente, guardanapos de pano e de papel: serviço estilo "Palácio de Buckingham". Dormi como um anjo na sexta e no sábado. Infelizmente, no domingo, meu último dia, ele não estava lá, então, como ninguém perguntou sobre o meu dia, pedi o chá eu mesma, mas, não estava tão bom: os talheres não eram adequados, não havia guardanapo de papel tão necessário quando há manteiga e a água do chá não veio na garrafa térmica, mas num recepiente de aço inox sem tampa, cobertura com plástico de embalar alimentos - bonito, mas, não conversava a água quente por muito tempo. Querem um conselho: façam com que Rodrigo dê treinamento de atendimento ao hóspede, ele será um grande multiplicador de conhecimentos importantes para o restante do "staff". Sim, conheço praticamente todos os hoteis da sua rede em SP e o cardápio não muda, também achei que os preços são bem maiores no Gran do que nos outros da rede, apesar de os pratos serem os mesmos.

O hotel é bonito, confortável , luxuoso , excelente requinte , familiar , tem um ótimo café da manhã , o atendimento é de primeira e os funcionários do hotel são atenciosos , agradáveis e prestativos. Eu recomendo . Sim , não apreciei o fato de não poder usar internet normalmente , ou seja , acho que deveria estar dentro do pacote , ou , que o preço estivesse suave , achei um absurdo o valor do uso por hora. Só isso não foi apreciado por mim , nesse maravilhoso hotel.

O ponto alto desse Hotel, além da excelente localização, foi o Café da Manhã no estilo "da Fazenda", bem brasileiro, com excelente variedade de iguarias. Comemorando o domingo do "Dia das Mães", como mãe, considerei, o salão de restaurante, muito lindo, com excelente atendimento! Percebi que o hotel necessita receber reformas ( principalmente, elevadores e quartos ).

A limpeza do hotel e a manutenção do quarto estavam impecáveis. Para um hotel 5 estrelas o banho é terrível, a água quente e fria não se misturam, ou a água sai pelando ou gelada. Outra coisa, achei abusivo cobrar cada água pequena do frigobar R$ 7,00.
