The staff.

The location is very specific. Only for those that aer doing something in the area.

Room. As the entire hotel, it was beautiful, with a very classic style. Also, it was incredibly comfortable and I never wanted to leave.

WI-Fi. Absolutely awful. I was on the 12th floor and it would be a joke to say that we had wi-fi. I could only get decent speed/stability when plugging my laptop to a ethernet cable I eventually found in the room. Also, we were told we could only have 6 hours a day of free wi- fi. Shameful. STAFF & CHARGES - I needed an extra bed in my room and was informed by 2 different people that it wound be charge-free. Only a few days before my stay, someone informed that it would cost me R&63 per day. I was really irritated and considered not staying there at all. It took a lot of negotiation to solve this. They never gave up on charging me, but i was upgraded.

Staff was really friendly and took care of everything, with a honest smile!

The hotel was convenient to the business area, of a reasonable standard

Housekeeping was not great - tolietries often not replaced, bath mats not replaced and laundry bags not replenished. Wireless very poor - forget the free wireless, the reception was awful. Even the paid wifi reception ws not as good as it should ahve been. Not a 5 star, not a 4 star but has aspirations. The issue is that there is more demand for hotel rooms than available in the area and this just leads to a reduction in customer servic in some areas.

Everything was excellent, the staff, the location and the hotel. Very friendly folks, made me feel very welcome and appreciated my business. Even greeted me personally everytime I came in contact with the staff.

The price was a little high, but most nice hotels in Sao Paulo are very expensive. I would've liked an incline bench in the fitness center for my workouts.

Gran Estanplaza is located in a business park with close access to the metro and the main highway. It provides a great atmosphere for business or leisure travellers.

The traffic noise even with all the windows closed is non-stop.

The excellent level from the people working at the Hotel. Location this time was perfect for me.

Internet is bad..everybody now has more than 1 device (Mobile, ipad..) and the system only allows one at a time. Aalso there is no wifi in the breakfast room...if you want to see your ipad you cant..

The stuff was very friendly and helpfull. Wonderfull cafe da manha! Nice rooms nice ambiente - everytime again!!!

A equipe foi muito atenciosa e cordial.

Faltaram toalhas no banheiro, mas foi prontamente resolvido ao solicitarmos.

das Personal ist sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Das Fruehstueck ist reichhaltig und abwechslungsreich, die Zimme sind schoen und angemessen gross. Ich war schon oefter in diesem Hotel und werde sehr gerne wiederkommen.

O hotel é uma completa decadência. Um horror!

Café da manhã excelente e na recepção muito atenciosos.

Fiquei três dias, saia pela manhã e voltava no final da tarde e todos os três dias meu cartão/chave do quarto foi bloqueado. aí eu percebia quando entrava no elevador e não conseguia subir.

Localização, elegância no atendimento..

Sistema de chuveiro deficiente, piscina não aquecida, sauna sem manutenção, ..

Principalmente do atendimento e da limpeza. Vale salientar a bela arquitetura .

Serviço discreto e atencioso. O check in sentado à uma mesa.

A obra no meu andar podia ser mais "limpa". Sou do ramo e sei que dá fácil.

Cama, travesseiros, lençóis, pressão de água no banheiro.

Barulho obras manutenção quarto vizinho. Após solicitar solução, houve demorar quanto a providencias, sendo necessárias 03 solicitações antes de finalmente sermos atendidos. Café da manhã, visualmente bonito, mas de não boa qualidade.

Impecável. Café da manhã de rei. Quarto muito limpo. Atendimento diferenciado. Próxima vez que for para qualquer evento no WTC, em São Paulo me hospedarei neste mesmo hotel.
