We only stayed overnight, arrived late, left early. Next time around we will stay longer, for sure. |

Sim, cheguei à meia noite no hotel e solicitei que a reserva fosse estendida sem custo para um pouco mais no dia seguinte visto que embarcaria já no dia seguinte. Me foi negada pelo funcionário e não houve jogo de cintura para tratar do assunto. Poderia ter sido feito uma gentileza! De uma forma geral os demais funcionários foram bastante educados e fizeram seus trabalhos de maneira bastante responsável.Acho também que a booking poderia ter frisado que a reserva seria feita pela a internet entretanto que o pagamento teria que ser feito no hotel. Na hora do check-in pensei que a booking já havia me descontado no cartão a diária e saí com a impressão de estar pagando duas vezes... Não havia confirmação de que eu não havia pago! |

Het conventieccntrum vlak naast het hotel De booking prijs van de kamers,stemde niet overeen met de te betalen prijs 385,-ipv 298,- ...toch wel een behoorlijk verschil |
