The 5-star Hilton Sao Paulo Morumbi Hotel is in a luxurious, 28-story building situated next to Ponte Estaiada suspension bridge, which can be admired from most of the guest rooms.
Score from 419 reviews Excellent
Featuring an excellent location, right in front Consolação Metro Station, Meliá Paulista is set on the popular Paulista Avenue.
Score from 1209 reviews Very good

This hotel offers rooms with a 42” LCD TV and private balconies. It features an indoor pool and a well-equipped gym. Iguatemi Shopping Mall is just over half a mile away.
Score from 507 reviews Excellent
Club Lounge Service was very good
Restaurant Eau French Cuisine had a terrible and non-customer oriented service quality.
The staff was incredibly nice and helpful
Paid wifi is ridiculous when the rate of the room is so high. A lot cheaper hotels offer free wifi.
Very good location very friendly
The cost is prohibitive
Front desk, concierge, parking and "bell boys" Great Executive club breakfast restaurant Wonderful sized rooms, bathrooms and views Excellent room service and maid service
Pool side bar staff not attentive & poor service Restaurants seemed closed on Sunday night (French & Japanese)
all was perfect!!! even the executive club in 20 floor was very good!!! of sure i will come again.
Room is nice Probably good hotel for conventions If you want this location its ok but otherwise never stay here
The Wi Fi was the worst- couldnt do SKYPE, downloads poor, availablity up and down all day and night, never resolved so I moved out My room was 4 doors off the end but still every train and truck that passed was loud even on the 12th floor The F&B was good but sterile ambiance - like too formulaic and zero personality - which in Brazil of all places is too bad
Comfortable room Quick Check-in & Check-out Breakfast food quality Great pool / gym / spa facilities Nice Architecture Great views from higher rooms
Japanese Restaurant Not what it used to be. USD$200 for plain dinner for 2; mediocre sushi, poor service, dim & cold atmosphere. Sake eye-watering expensive. Very poor levels of service from some of the breakfast personnel, whom urgently need better customer-facing training.
Staff, breakfast, airport pick up
Paying for WiFi
Despite of the world coming to Brazil, the handling by staff at Grand Hyatt was really superb, amazing staff, amazing rooms and amazing location, hats off
Fantastic hotel with great food, great staff and great facilties, also rooms are great for brazilian standards especially the bathrooms.
The location is very poor if you're a tourist, it's in the middle of the new business district which is a good half hour cab ride from anywhere touristy!
Everything. Reception staff great. Eriza at Restaurant superb. Dry Cleaning 4 hour service worked perfectly. Food at breakfast fantastic. This is really a great hotel and I regularly stay at great hotels like the Beau Rivage in Lausanne and the Dolder Grand in Zurich, Le Burgundy in Paris, etc
Liked it all as usual
executive lounge, gym
Amazing breakfast options. Location is a bit out of centre but close to the metro which is easy and safe. Staff were great and helpful. Shower and separate bath - bonus:-) Complimentary water, flip flops and beautiful toiletries.
Food and drinks were expensive. Lap pool was not heated. The 'Upstairs bar/restaurant' was closed due to Easter holidays.
Nearly everything was outstandingly good.
Bar prices, and the keycard to our room stopped working several times which was very frustrating.
Staff, responses to questions and queries, cleanliness.
I am prepared to pay a premium for services at good hotels but I found the prices here were ridiculous.
The breakfast is above expectations.
The air condicioning does not work properly. The system is old and it was only ventilating not refrigerating.
Outstanding service and rooms. Best service of all hotels we stayed in Brazil.
The staff Location Staff speak well english which is very hard to find in brazil.
Breakfast The internet is very expensive They tried to charge me more than the booking price but until i made a huge problem and the manager came and at the end i was right . The rooms seems old a little its not brand new as the pictures Swimming pool very small not as the photos.
Access to the business lounge was key. It allowed an escape from the very busy cafe and lobby area below. Service throughout was terrific.
Great location, great staff, I heard waiters and reception desk speaking to other guests in at least 3 foreign languages. Room was very clean, decoration is basic but sophisticated and very pleaseant. Room, corridors, lobby and restaurants are very quiet. Room had a simply perfect bed with great sheets (probably 1000+ thread Egypt cottom). Room price was fair comparing to other hotels in Sao Paulo (everything is expensive in Sao Paulo). Dinner was around 300BRL with 10% tip for a great sushi combo, a great salmon/misso risotto, 2 sakerinas, 1 green tea ice cream with azuki and agar-agar, 2 espressos, 2 bottles of sparkling water. Slightly expensive but it was sophisticate as espected for a 5-star, better quality than most restaurants in Sao Paulo and we really loved the food. Maybe not the best hotel in the world but good enough to recommend it to anyone who can pay the bill.
The extras are expensive. 65 BRL for an average breakfast is 2-3 times the price I usually pay for the same. I knew the price but expected more, should be half of the price to really worth the value. Parking is expensive as expected for the region, but they took too much time to bring my car when leaving after checkout. WiFi is very expensive, I preferred to use 3G through cell phone provider.
Excelente servicio! Me encantó
La vista al puente hermosa!!!
the facilites were nice but the people were even better.
