Room Service was probably the worse I have experienced in 20 years traveling for business

The location was conveniently located near a metro station and Avenida Paulista but in a quiet side street. Pleasant accommodation, with balcony.
The breakfast was not up to expectations, compared to other hotels: we disliked the coffee from a machine and the quality of the bread.
WiFi was fast, hot tub and sauna were a nice addition.
The restaurant is really bad (food, service). In the breakfast the mineral water (as written) is tap water with awfull flavour.
We booked this hotel last minute and we were very happy. The location is great and the hotel Is very quiet and relaxing. The rooms are comfortable and brecfast was nice. We were lucky enough to receive a late checkout free of charge.
You have to pay 25r for wifi. When you showered the bath tub filled with water because there was a problem with the drain.
Breakfast Humidity Blanket
Very poor customer service the cleaners through my close while cleaning. I have asked them to reserve a taxi twice and no one follow up and no one care; beside the wake up calls no one calling and no one interested to appologize i was almost going to loose my flight as i asked them to get a taxi at 5:40 and i get down to find no taxi and no one care; the breakfast is not good the cleaning is not good and the location as well the facility poor. Value for money zero.
Was traveling Brazil through the FIFA World Cup and this was our last stay... was tired of all the bad hotels but this one was definitely the best... big rooms, nice clean lobby, stylish everything and loved the giant jacoozi
none great hotel
They sent me to another hotel because the room wasnt available and was charged twice to my credit card and I have the bank making an investigation because they havent cleared my charge, would not recommend or stay again because of the bad system of administration
Good location close to Metro. Competitive price
WiFi not included
Value for price is very good and more on the World Cup days
Internet services could be better
the bar is very poor
Location was fantastic. Lobby was spacious and open. Breakfast was great, too. They have an omelette station, several different kinds of bread, and even some steamed rice and miso soup!
I was supposed to get a suite with a balcony. They first gave me a exec. room not a suite. Only after I complained that I am staying in a suite, they gave me a suite but with no balcony.
I had dinner in the restaurant and service by Warren was excellent
Friendly staff and a wonderful breakfast. Free wifi as well
Great Hotel, very spacious, modern, and clean. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay great. We really enjoyed the location as it was near Paulista Avenue but still quiet and comfortable and not right next to all of the other hotels. The metro was less than a 5 minute walk which made it easy to get to. There were plenty of places to eat very close. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this place to anyone.
Guests have 20 minutes a day of free internet then you have to pay after that. I wish they would just charge a little more per day and have it included. Not a big deal, just a little annoying.
very friendly staff
dirty shower tub
Very nice staff and excellent location makes this hotel a good mainstay for you if you are visiting São Paulo on business. Probably would opt for a Transamerica if bringing my family.
Gym is very poor compared to the nearby Paulista Plaza but opting for running along Alameda Santos and Avenida Paulista is a good alternative especially at the weekends.
Location Space of the room
Internet very expensive room smells bad
The breakfast was very good variety (especially the pao de queijo). The rooms are large and comfortable. There are a lot of room for storage. Hotel is located within one block of Av. Paulista and the Brigadeiro metro stop.
The wifi was extremely weak and unreliable.
In fact, you have to Check in twice, first for your room, second for the internet. The so called "free" internet is more of a ultraslownet, the so called higher speed internet, which has to be paid at the reception, is often a slownet. And even this was an additional disadvantage: 3 of us could not log into our e-mail account, although we were online. One of us owns an internet company in Germany, but he could not log in, too. So the Internet access is a really huge disadvantage in this hotel from 3 perspectives: Organization, cost and function.
Check in was easy. Rooms were clean and modern.
Excellent place to stay, much better than the neighbouring hotels. All facilities are great and the rooms are huge and comfortable.
