The hotel has really good service, pretty modern but cosy design. As all hotels in Sao the price is much too high for the quality, but nothing can be done about it. The disapointment only came from restaurant: expensive but small coctails, the worst Ceviche we have ever eaten...not worth eating there. But everything else wa perfect

I had dinner at the restaurant and paid cash however they tried to charge me again for around 173 r$ for dinner but because they did not have a signed payment slip they could not. After I returned home, I checked my credit card statement I saw that they charged me double the amount that they could not get at check out. Also reception confirmed me late checkout free of charge for 2 rooms, at the end I had to pay 400 r$ total for 2 rooms which is higher than a daily rate of most Sao Paulo Hotels. I don't believe that these were just mistakes.

Cleanliness and decoration of the room as well as comfort The bar isn't functioning like a bar all the lobby coffee and tea services are distributed from the bar.There are a lot of people at the bar.

Atendimento péssimo, desorganizaçao increivel.. O tempo tudo incomodando no quarto, internet nao funciona.. Sempre tendo que ligar e ficar no telefone 30 minut configurando ip etc.. Estrutura boa mais atendimento péssimo, nao recomendo.

Tudo com cara de novo; Cama grande e confortável; Banho bom. Nada de grave. Apenas achei o estacionamento um pouco caro (r$ 22,00), mesmo para um hotel de bom nível.

Gostei muito do restaurante do hotel ! Muito desorganização dos empregados do hotel cobrando 5/ de iss no qual já havia pago no booking, cobrando café em duplicidade e outras txs, fiquei um dia sem limpeza do quarto tive de chama para fazerem.

Localização muito boa, próxima da chegada da corrida São Silvestre da qual participei. Também achei ótima a localização pois consegui fazer passeios pela cidade com meu marido e meu filho de 10 meses. Fiquei muito bem acomodada, com toda a estrutura necessária para um bebê. A única coisa que senti falta foi um espaço com microondas próximo para esquentar a comida do meu filho, pois toda vez tinha q solicitar que o restaurante esquentasse. No mais tudo ótimo, com certeza retornarei. Obrigada, feliz 2012 a toda a equipe do hotel.

Hotel excelente, mas a diária cara nao justifica o valor. Hoteis similares oferece quais as mesmas comodidades a preço menor. Foi tudo Otimo, apenas o preço da diária e o fato do Cafe da manha nao ser incluso, foi ruim.
