Great hotel with extremely helpful reception staff. The room was clean and modern and excellent value for what we paid. Would stay again when in Sampa without a doubt.
Weird toilet seat in the bathroom!! Had a chunk missing from the front, puzzling!
clean. breakfast was ok. everything looked good. nice city view from window.
it took us super long while check-in. i don't understand why they worked that long. on the map you'll see there should be 10 mins walk to the metro. but don't expect that's flat trail. those are mostly slopes. room a little too small that you can't complete open the door of the toilet.
Close to public transportations Good value for money Really clean rooms
convenience of location great breakfast helpful people
uphill climb to the nearest metro
staff was very helpful. they did early check-in and two hours late check-out with no extra costs. the room was huge!
The room was big with an excellent shower and a good very big bed. The breakfast was very good.
I was in room 11 which get a lot of noise from the entrance hall. There is a public fair on Tuesdays that start the make noise as early as 4 am.
Great deal for a decent hotel with a nice lobby and fabulous staff.
Wifi was spotty in the rooms. There was also a lot if noise from the surrounding neighborhood.
It was freezing cold in my room
Absolutely Brilliant stay at this Hotel! The staff where so helpful turned up at 6 in the morning and unlike other places in Brazil who are very set in their ways allowed me to go into my room straight away free of charge no problem at all! Staff very friendly and helpful and always had a smile on their faces! Brilliant!
clean,quiet and warm,kind ,both sides.
Great staff, good breakfast and good location close to Bixiga (walk) and markets (taxi)
Wifi was poor. Pillows were not good.
The staff were great, spoke good english very helpful had a good breakfast good location not far from the metro station and paulista easier to get there by taxi outside the metro rather than walk if u have bags the ride is only 10 R
not so easy to walk to with bags
The staff were excellent and the breakfast too. The place was clean and the wifi worked very well throughout the building.
I guess it could have been cheaper and ideally a little closer to Paulista. The ten minute walk was uphill to Sao Paulo's main street and not safe at night. However, get a taxi and you're fine.
Stayed for 2 nights during the World Cup. I Would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sao Paulo. The staff are amongst the best I have ever experienced anywhere, both for their enthusiasm and helpful nature. Everthing is as described and delivered in a professional and friendly manner. Excellent!
Staff very good and efficient Very pleasant front office staff Good job
Good location, good value. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were big and comfortable, clean.
The air in the rooms seemed dry. The safe in my room was not functioning however with these comments, I never mentioned it to the staff because I only stayed one night and it was not a major concern to me. So the staff never had a chance to fix the problems mentioned here.
Like it a lot u got to walk a little bit till reach Paulista but its all right! Comfortable bed!
Very friendly staff Nice breakfast buffet
The staffs are excellent. They made efforts to assisst guests who needed it.
