Cancellation
If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
Children and extra beds
One child under 4 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.
One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.
One child from 5 to 7 years is charged 25 % of the room stay per night and person when using existing bedding.
Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 2.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
Any extra bedding is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.
Deposit
100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.
Pets
Pets are not allowed.

The hotel is clean and good enough for a single night as was my need. The location is also a plus. I had little opportunity to get to know and/or enjoy the facilities. No instructions for the hot shower, no TV guide, I had to leave before breakfast and no discount was offered, no water in the lobby area. |
