The Resturant, good food The Hotel was very basic, I booked an Executive deluxe room. Which on arrival at the hotel was very basic, and in need of re-decoration. The Staff where not polite, and where extremely loud at night. The Hotel is in the middle of know where, and the staff are not helpful at supplying information. Altogether the Hotel is in a nice location, requires updating. Also they need to re-class there rooms. |

The environment around the hotel is beautiful. The pool area was also good. The staff was friendly, although many of them did not speak English more than a few words. The rooms were in bad shape and in need of a make over. The shower knobs were loose and I can only begin to imagine the kind of water damages are waiting to happen in the walls of the bathroom. |

the hotel is in a great position closed to the brasilian waterfalls, with spa and lots of garden. it's a good place to relax for a couple the structure is old, the room are noisy because everyone that goes in the corridor wakes you up, it's far from the city centre and the restaurant is not too good |

The best point about this hotel is the access to Foz do Iguacu international airport(~1 km) and the Iguacu national park (~2.5 km). And, the receptionist was kind. |

The hotel was so close to the waterfalls and bird park. It was very conveniently located within walking distance. It was also very close to the airport, so it minimised travel time. It is the best possible choice of hotel if you want to be really close to the waterfalls and are on a budget. One night there was a group of school children staying and they were still making a lot of noise at 2am in the morning. The hotel staff did very little to control their noise level. |

Dit hotel heeft een goede prijs-kwaliteitverhouding en is erg dicht bij de Braziliaanse kant van de watervallen. Personeel was ook erg behulpzaam bij het bezoeken van bustickets. Het is absoluut geen gezellig hotel. Je zit vlak bij de watervallen, maar niet in de buurt van een dorpje of iets dergelijks. Hotel is kil en er is geen leuke bar. |

Net hotel, enigzins basic. Goed om een paar dagen heerlijk in de natuur te verblijven. Vanuit het hotel kun je alle excursies boeken. Sommige faciliteiten zoals de sauna zijn verouderd. |

La atencion fue excelente. El personal fue muy atento en todo momento, en la recepcion, en el restaurant, etc. Muy limpio y muy buen precio por tantos servicios. Las piscinas siempre limpias Nada negativo a nuestro parecer. Muy buen hotel |

La cama era muy comoda, y el servicio de comida del lugar era de buena calidad. La pileta tambien es un buen servicio del lugar. La habitacion era antigua, estaba mal iluminada, le faltaba mantenimiento, el aire acondicionado era ruidoso, el ventilador de techo no funcionaba, el servicio de television era desastroso, la habitacion era pequeña y el baño tambien. |

Mycket nära till vattenfallen på den Brasilianska sidan och till flygplatsen. Gångavstånd. Fint hotell, lugn och fin omgivning, bra frukost. Dåliga sängar. Personalen förstod inte engelska vilket skapade problem vid frågor. De svarade yes på allt men sen förstod vi att de inte visste vad de svarat på... |

Estilo, arquitetura sintonizada com a natureza. Revisão dos equipamentos da sala de fitness, pois havia alguns quebrados, box do banheiro muito pequeno, sala de jogos é somente uma mesa de ping-pong. Há sinuca em outro ambiente mas precisa ser paga. |

De afstand tussen de ingang van het park naar de watervallen is te te voet te doen (1km) en dit geldt idem dito voor het zeer mooie vogelpark. Verder worden er vanuit het hotel excursies geregeld naar Argentinie (watervallen) en Paraguay (cidade de leste). Dit laatste is een belevenis maar wel met de aanbeveling op te passen, want deze stad is een Piratennest in de 21e eeuw!! |

O atendimento dos funcionários foi sempre bom e o suporte de informações turísticas muito atencioso. A limpeza dos banheiros deixou a desejar e poderia ser bastante melhorada. |
