** I like the fact it is inside GRU which is great; ** There are lots of bathrooms and my impression was that there is staff cleaning them all the time; ** The bathrooms and restrooms are easy to get in;

** There should be signs inside GRU pointing to where the hotel is; ** The alarm clock did not work and I complained to the front desk people and they said nothing; We customers need a sort of acknowledgement of our complains; Something like: "I'm sorry I'll check what happened" would be enough. ** There were two kids running and screaming in the corridor for a long time; Someone needed to have said something to the parents; ** Front desk people did not smile; People that work in the hotels need to always smile whether they like their jobs or not;

I would like to have a bathroom inside the room instead of having to share it

It was actually rather pleasant. The desk staff spoke great English and were very helpful. The reported noise factor was a non-issue for me. Bathroom/shower facilities were just great.

Wi-Fi didn't work. Ethernet connection was available in room and worked but the speeds were pathetic.

I booked the room for one price but paid completely different the difference quiet big - instand of 99$ I paid 130$! Would you be so kind to explain why is the tax as it was mentioned wasn't include into the total price! Thank you

No signage around terminal to indicate the hotel in the terminal, Information staff within the terminal did no know where to locate the hotel on two occasions-one information staff member to advise me to leave the airport terminal and catch a shuttle bus in the main car park!!

Perfect for flight connections, and clean convenient, large enough common bathrooms

The bed at the top is not so comfortable due to air condition noise

It is a hotel designed for a nights sleep between flights, for this it is ideal. You do not get much room, but if you use it just for somewhere to lay your head, it could not be better as it is within the busy airport with connecting flights everywhere in Brazil.

everything else. unbelievably small, no window, no table, no bathroom(only public), like a cell room. The only reason to stay is for my 6:00 flight.

Location and the kindness of the staffs

1. Location (of course only if you need to wait for your next flight from this airport). 2. Free Wi-fi. 3. Proximity of some shops and places where you can eat (at the airport).

Actually most everything that I did not like (e.g., small rooms, high price) were clear already on the stage of reservation, so it was not unexpected. I did not find how to adjust air-conditioner (possibly, it is not adjustable at all), so it was rather cold in the room.

We were able to check in late at night. Very convenient location.

Could be a bit cheaper for one night's stay.

I really have appreciated the attention from the staff. They have addapted the room availability according our need.

I wasn't expecting such comfort out of a hotel in an airport. It was very convenient and had a zen spa feel to it. Just what I needed for a 16 hour stop over. Very clean facilities and very helpful staff.

Its location, its price, the ease of making a reservation, and the staff's hospitality.

I was confused about where the bathroom is, and the glass door from the lobby to the room, I didn't see that entrance at first, so better signage in general would be helpful.

Note that this hotel is really only for flight connections in GRU. That is, use it for a break between flights (by the hour) or because you don't have a good flight connection (e.g. overnight). For this purpose, it is excellent. That's why it is being used more an more, so book in advance! The bathrooms are large and the service usuallly very good.

The rooms and beds are of course very small, to take advantage of the limited space. So expect it to be "cramped", but then, you won't be there for very long....

The location is perfect: you don't have to go through customs but just stay on the airport terminal. Excellent way to spend a 12-hour-transfer- time.

Bathrooms were not clean and were messy. Walls of rooms are thin... It is quite noisy.

Easy reaching location, fast check-in.

Housekeepers always talking behind the doors, it disturbs people booking rooms for a few hours rest.

It was in the terminal building, so convenient for early morning flight.

Slow service at reception (25 mins queue for 4 people to check in). Booked DOUBLE room and were given a TINY room with only a narrow bunk bed. Rooms are smaller than a bunk room in a ferry or train.

This hotel is excellent especialy for staying when you come in with a late flight, and have a new flight the next day. The staff is friendly and the bathrooms are excellent!

Bathroom was in good condition. Very good if just staying for a few hours before departing. Walking distance from International arrivals. WiFi required or does not work.

Rooms were too small, bathrooms have to be shared and this does not give you value for money. No english channels on television. No aircon control, rooms gets too cold. Floor dirty underneath the bed. So sort of red paste. No Wifi or it does not work.
