This hotel is really only for those that have inconvenient flight connections at GRU and want a place to shower and sleep (as the name says). That is, it offers a clean and small cubicle (about 1,5m x 3m) for sleeping, and good bathroom facilities. Think of the size of a berth on a ship or train in the "old days", (but the separate bathroom cubicles are almost the same size as the room, and very good). Very adequate for what it offers, and very convenient since it is in the airport itself. Obviously, since the guests are all "in transition", don't expect it to be dead quiet. You might request a room at the back to have less potential noise.

I liked that the hotel was inside the airport, and we could check in the night before flying, and get to security only five minutes after checking out from the hotel. The rooms are small!

Excellent location for stay over pessanger. Very good cleanliness. Comfortable and clean shower room. In the room : TV not working, Reading light not working, would be much more comfortable and safe if the bed not the bunker bed.

Location. It was incredibly noisy with people coming and going every 30 minutes. The walls are paper thin. You need earplugs to stay here. They should really made the walls soundproof. It would have been better to stay up an extra hour and stay 15min away at another hotel and just taxi back to the airport.

I liked that I could rest and have my baggage secure while I was on a 9-hour lay-over without leaving the airport. I didn't like that I needed to book the room on the internet for the whole day even though I'd use it for only part of my lay-over. (My layover was from 8:30am-5:30pm. ) I later found out that I could book by the hour if I contacted the hotel directly by phone. But the website didn't give the phone number. I got the business card and will keep it and tell others about the hotel. I would go again.

The only advantage of this hotel is its location inside the airport. Other than that, I found it extremely overpriced: 130 dollars for a tiny room without a private bathroom or anything at all. The worst aspect of the hotel, apart from its ridiculous price, was the noise: I only had four or five hours to sleep, and the man at the reception had the television on the whole night -and pretty loud too! It woke me up several times during the night, and I actually had to go out and ask him to turn it down (as if he didn't know the hotel was full of people trying to sleep!).

The hotel is inside the Guarulhos (sp) Airport. Is very easy to found and reach even if you have a lot of luggage. I've felt wrong because one of the staff people gave me a lot of short answers.

We had a 10 hour layover at Sao Paulo airport after an overnight flight. We chose to stay here as it was the only hotel located in the airport and we just wanted a few hours of quiet to rest. The hotel was efficient in processing our reservation and we were in our room in about 15 minutes. The rooms are tiny - two bunk beds - with minimal room for luggage piled up. But the beds were comfortable and clean. The bathrooms are shared - but were spotless.

I Liked it because I could be in a clean shower and bed within 30 minutes after landing. No travelling to a hotel. Excellent idea to have a place to sleep on the airport. The facility to store the luggage was also excellent. Thanks for somebody's excellent idea to have a sleep in on an airport. It could be a bit more affordable, but the problem is that our South African Rand is not worth a lot.

This hotel falls outside the normal parameters of reviews, as it is strictly a short-term convenience for travellers with poor flight connections in Guarulhos airport (or to help avoid the notorious Sao Paulo traffic if necessary). The rooms are quite small, and in most of the rooms there are "bunk beds" (there are also "suites" but I have not seen one). The bathrooms (separate) are spacious and clean. So this is a hotel to use only for this purpose of connecting flights (that is, to sleep and to shower), and for this purpose, it is fine. It is not a hotel where one goes "to stay". Remember to book in advance, as it tends to fill up.

The only benefit of this hotel is its convenience and location on the ground floor of Terminal 2 at the airport. Very clean facilities. The only rooms available from booking sites are bunk beds with shared bath rooms. There are larger double bed rooms available even some with private bath that can only be booked with the hotel directly. Also directly rooms can be booked hourly up to 8 hours at lower rates. The rooms have no thermostats for temperature control. The beds consist of an unsupportive 6 inch innerspring mattress on a platform frame. And noise is easily heard from the halls and when the adjacent rooms shut their doors. There is little value and comfort for the cost other than having a place to "crash" at the airport. Better to consider an off premises hotel location.

It was a good choice for us. We arrived @ Guarulhos airport @ 21:30 and had to check in for our international flight @ 4:30 the next morning. It was a practical and convenient choice. Expensive for what is has to offer, but we were a captive audience without any other choice inside the airport! Overall, we were pleased with the hotel and recommend it to others. I had reserved rooms with bathrooms and they were not available upon my arrival.

Location The Guarulhos Airport in Sao Paulo in itself is an absolute disgrace of an airport so anyone locating any business in thie airport is at the mercy of this fact. Disgraceful aiport and the worst aiport hotel by far I have stayed in having traveled alll over the world multiple times.

It was very convenient for a long layover at the airport. The rooms and facilities were clean and well-maintained. It was nice to have a place to rest and get a shower during an 8-hr layover.

I like to have a good shower before having a long flight. I also like to have a snap and take me e-mails. I found the bed and the room a bit too small. I did not need the two beds. I would rather prefer a bigger bed, even fee millimetre. Also, I found the place a bit noisy with the childreens running in the corridor. There was nobody in the corridor to stop them, or to check. Also, I did not appreciate the fact that with the online reservation with booking.com, you can not pay "a la carte" the exact amount of time to rent the services. Only on place you can do it. this is not great.

convenience I arrived at the hotel before 1 AM and it was after 1:30 AM before I was settled in my room. That was a long time for someone who had been traveling most of the day. I had a reservation yet it took over 20 minutes for the reception clerk to check me in. There was a line up out the door. After the process started with me, the second clerk started checking in people and processed two people who had no reservation before I was done. He even helped with my process. So the clerk serving me either needs more training or a good kick in the pants.
