This hotel is really only for those that have inconvenient flight connections at GRU and want a place to shower and sleep (as the name says). That is, it offers a clean and small cubicle (about 1,5m x 3m) for sleeping, and good bathroom facilities. Think of the size of a berth on a ship or train in the "old days", (but the separate bathroom cubicles are almost the same size as the room, and very good). Very adequate for what it offers, and very convenient since it is in the airport itself. Obviously, since the guests are all "in transition", don't expect it to be dead quiet. You might request a room at the back to have less potential noise.

I liked that the hotel was inside the airport, and we could check in the night before flying, and get to security only five minutes after checking out from the hotel.

The rooms are small!

It was incredibly noisy with people coming and going every 30 minutes. The walls are paper thin. You need earplugs to stay here. They should really made the walls soundproof. It would have been better to stay up an extra hour and stay 15min away at another hotel and just taxi back to the airport.

The only advantage of this hotel is its location inside the airport. Other than that, I found it extremely overpriced: 130 dollars for a tiny room without a private bathroom or anything at all. The worst aspect of the hotel, apart from its ridiculous price, was the noise: I only had four or five hours to sleep, and the man at the reception had the television on the whole night -and pretty loud too! It woke me up several times during the night, and I actually had to go out and ask him to turn it down (as if he didn't know the hotel was full of people trying to sleep!).

We had a 10 hour layover at Sao Paulo airport after an overnight flight. We chose to stay here as it was the only hotel located in the airport and we just wanted a few hours of quiet to rest. The hotel was efficient in processing our reservation and we were in our room in about 15 minutes. The rooms are tiny - two bunk beds - with minimal room for luggage piled up. But the beds were comfortable and clean. The bathrooms are shared - but were spotless.

This hotel falls outside the normal parameters of reviews, as it is strictly a short-term convenience for travellers with poor flight connections in Guarulhos airport (or to help avoid the notorious Sao Paulo traffic if necessary). The rooms are quite small, and in most of the rooms there are "bunk beds" (there are also "suites" but I have not seen one). The bathrooms (separate) are spacious and clean. So this is a hotel to use only for this purpose of connecting flights (that is, to sleep and to shower), and for this purpose, it is fine. It is not a hotel where one goes "to stay". Remember to book in advance, as it tends to fill up.

Difficult to find in the airport, had to ask several people - no signs.

It was a good choice for us. We arrived @ Guarulhos airport @ 21:30 and had to check in for our international flight @ 4:30 the next morning. It was a practical and convenient choice. Expensive for what is has to offer, but we were a captive audience without any other choice inside the airport! Overall, we were pleased with the hotel and recommend it to others.

I had reserved rooms with bathrooms and they were not available upon my arrival.

Location

The Guarulhos Airport in Sao Paulo in itself is an absolute disgrace of an airport so anyone locating any business in thie airport is at the mercy of this fact. Disgraceful aiport and the worst aiport hotel by far I have stayed in having traveled alll over the world multiple times.

It was very convenient for a long layover at the airport. The rooms and facilities were clean and well-maintained. It was nice to have a place to rest and get a shower during an 8-hr layover.

Lousy personell, no towel (had to ask), no water (had to buy from far away in the next terminal), dirty bathroom, definitely not clean bed sheets. Just awful...

Location, directly in the terminal. Perfect for a longer layover. Hourly rates.

Very small room, but serve the purpose.

I didn't like anything about it , the room was no bigger than a toilet ,the tv was pathetic with no english programmes,and if the staff were cleaning an adjacent room you couldn't sleep because they were making too much noise.
