As I had a room and shower facilities all to myself, I was quite satisfied. Two people would have been a bit cramped. I only wanted clean accommodation for a few hours and F.S.G. was excellent value Nothing bothered me for the use I had for it. |

I liked being to stay right inside the airport. the bathrooms and other facilities were clean and inviting. the bedding didn't feel so clean. |

This is the worst hotel we have ever stayed. We couldn´t fit in the room nor our luggage This can not be regarded as a Hotel as it can only classify as Cubicles for Rent!!! Everything and as mentioned before this can not be regarded as a Hotel |

It's easy, because it is inside the airport. The room is very small. The cell phone get no signal inside the rooms. |

Unbeatable location for overnight flight connections, spotless guest rooms and bathrooms, hardworking staff, efficient use of limited space, bunk beds, unique (and fun) experience. The rooms were the size of walk-in closets; OK for one person, too cramped for two. Definitely not for the claustrophobic. Hotel didn't recognize my second night's reservation through Booking.com, though we were fortunate that they had an available room anyway. |

Vantagem da localização, dentro do aero de Guarulhos. Quartos 1,5 por 2,5 metros, beliches. Incomodou um pouco a poeira da colcha. Manutenção do banheiro. Há vazamentos, mas bom aspecto, boa limpeza e higiene. |

La accecibilidad La falta de informacion en la pagina de Booking respecto a las caracteristicas del hotel. Por ejemplo no se menciona que la habitacion no tiene baño privado y no todos los viajeros conocen lo que es un servicio de camarotes |

conveniencia quando reservei no site nao sabia que o quarto nao tinha banheiro, pois a foto no website mostra o banheiro. Quando cheguei no hotel e questionei disseram que nao fornecem quartos com banheiro para reservas feitas por agencia, e o booking.com eh uma agencia. Fiquei muito decepcionada, pois a foto no site mostra perfeitamente. Nao foi muito agradavel ter que usar banheiro compartilhado... |

Funcionalidade, atendimento rápido. O preço está exaagerado para cinco metros quadrados, apenas de espaço.A movimentação de malas dos demais hóspedes, perturba quem está descansando.Necesario apoio do hotel aos hóspedes que transportam grandes bagagens. Criar dispositivo, para desfazer a sensação de "câmara solitaria", quando a porta do quarto é fechada. |
