Location is really great. The room is smaller then I think. It is good just for overnight.

The location was the best and suited my family fine, for a short stay it is perfect since you dont have to leave the airport. I booked online, and when I checked in there was a price diffence from that which I obtained on the internet and tried to pay by credit card. When I checked in the price was different

Only the location, Tthe rooms are claustrophobic, the noise when neighebours leave too strong, the waiting time for the few bathrooms too long and the price for the little comfort not appropriate

Location The internet I was hoping on while staying over for the 8 hours was not working. The bathroom facilities were dirty all night and was only cleaned the next morning. I had to beg for a fresh towel as the ones in the bathroom was already wet so clealr used before me! Internet remained off all of my stay. The place is very noisy and the hallway echoed noises all night. Fast sleep is not recommended for sleeping.

I stayed there because I had to wait for a connection to Buenos Aires and I wanted a place to sleep and to take a shower. I really liked the hotel because even if it is very small, it has everything you need. The washrooms are clean and comfortable and the rooms too. The girl at the front desk didn´t speak english or spanish just portugues, but she tried her best to explain herself, so the language was not problem at all.

Good Location. Clean and adequite for a few hours rest between flights. Be prepared for a tiny 'ship-cabin-like' room though. I would not suggest the beds for persons taller than 1.7m but it was comfortable and just what we needed. Overpriced

The biggest issue was that the staff didnt have enough english to serve at an international airport. OUt of the 5 staff that I encountered there, only one had serviceable english. The rest didnt understand a single word I said, and weren't even bothered to be helpful. But then again, I found that to be the case for the whole Sao Paolo airport. They should be ashamed to call themselves and international airport. I can get better English at Chinese airports, and better service too.

Location. It was incredibly noisy with people coming and going every 30 minutes. The walls are paper thin. You need earplugs to stay here. They should really made the walls soundproof. It would have been better to stay up an extra hour and stay 15min away at another hotel and just taxi back to the airport.

The only advantage of this hotel is its location inside the airport. Other than that, I found it extremely overpriced: 130 dollars for a tiny room without a private bathroom or anything at all. The worst aspect of the hotel, apart from its ridiculous price, was the noise: I only had four or five hours to sleep, and the man at the reception had the television on the whole night -and pretty loud too! It woke me up several times during the night, and I actually had to go out and ask him to turn it down (as if he didn't know the hotel was full of people trying to sleep!).

The hotel is inside the Guarulhos (sp) Airport. Is very easy to found and reach even if you have a lot of luggage. I've felt wrong because one of the staff people gave me a lot of short answers.

We had a 10 hour layover at Sao Paulo airport after an overnight flight. We chose to stay here as it was the only hotel located in the airport and we just wanted a few hours of quiet to rest. The hotel was efficient in processing our reservation and we were in our room in about 15 minutes. The rooms are tiny - two bunk beds - with minimal room for luggage piled up. But the beds were comfortable and clean. The bathrooms are shared - but were spotless.

I Liked it because I could be in a clean shower and bed within 30 minutes after landing. No travelling to a hotel. Excellent idea to have a place to sleep on the airport. The facility to store the luggage was also excellent. Thanks for somebody's excellent idea to have a sleep in on an airport. It could be a bit more affordable, but the problem is that our South African Rand is not worth a lot.

The only benefit of this hotel is its convenience and location on the ground floor of Terminal 2 at the airport. Very clean facilities. The only rooms available from booking sites are bunk beds with shared bath rooms. There are larger double bed rooms available even some with private bath that can only be booked with the hotel directly. Also directly rooms can be booked hourly up to 8 hours at lower rates. The rooms have no thermostats for temperature control. The beds consist of an unsupportive 6 inch innerspring mattress on a platform frame. And noise is easily heard from the halls and when the adjacent rooms shut their doors. There is little value and comfort for the cost other than having a place to "crash" at the airport. Better to consider an off premises hotel location.

Location The Guarulhos Airport in Sao Paulo in itself is an absolute disgrace of an airport so anyone locating any business in thie airport is at the mercy of this fact. Disgraceful aiport and the worst aiport hotel by far I have stayed in having traveled alll over the world multiple times.

It was very convenient for a long layover at the airport. The rooms and facilities were clean and well-maintained. It was nice to have a place to rest and get a shower during an 8-hr layover.

I liked that the hotel was inside the airport, and we could check in the night before flying, and get to security only five minutes after checking out from the hotel. The rooms are small!
