I was appalled that a world class hotel charging 350 usd per night does not provide internet free of charge. The cost for that basic service is 30 usd per day!!! Outrageous

There´s a Mall with good and cheap restaurants right under the hotel. Breakfast is tastefull. The bed are very confortable. The bathroom is huge and very clean. They don´t have free internet in the rooms. You´ll have to pay r$ 100.00 a day for that (very expensive). The deskroom employees were cold and not so friendship.

Fue una buena elección, bien situado, cercano a estación del metro y de varios shoping en el sector de Morumbi . Recomendable el desayuno en el hotel, consideramos un poco caro, pero por la calidad de este, vale la pena. Byron y Vilma El internet no es gratis y los cobros por día sonmuy altos (80 dólares diarios con desayuno incluido)

Conforto da cama e dos quartos Café-da-manhã é muito caro. R$ 60,00 por pessoa. Ainda temos que pagar para usar academia e piscina. Serviços são muito caros neste hotel

Saubere Zimmer, feines Essen (Zimmerservice). Die Benutzung des Pools kostet zusätzlich BRL 10. Internet BRL 60 pro Tag!! Ich finde diese Leistungen sollten bei einem 5-Sterne Hotel inbegriffen sein.

O hotel é muito bom, claro que alguns detalhes precisam ser melhorados. Tem um vazamento na ducho do vaso sanitário, os vidros das janelas estão sujos e o preços das refeições e bebidas é muito alto. Mas de um modo geral é um bom hotel.

Cinco estrelas pra funcionária Carol !! Hotel excelente .. um dos melhores momentos da minha vida passei nessa semana que estive no Hilton Morumbi! Acho que o bar do lobby deveria funcionar até mais tarde... 1 da manha é pouco.. se fosse até mais tarde eu, as meninas e o pessoal do New Kids on The Block que tb eram hóspedes, teriam raiado o dia por lá! :) O wifi deveria ser liberado, sem essa taxa extra.
