toilet flush was working bad, as well as shower water was too hot even if I was leaving only cold water on (room 1505)
Friendly helpful staff & the place was clean
English only spoken by one person in the hotel & the shower could be improved
value for money next to public transport good breakfast
staff do not speak English and this was the world cup
Great service Great food Clean rooms
Bad location. Far from the more interesting parts of Salvador Most of the staff don't speak english The design of the inside looks old. More like a 3 star hotel than 4 stars
It was very hard finding some one how speaks English it was hard for me to order water I had to use Google translation
Nice people in there the service was ok
Nobody except one guy from the reception spoke english very well the rest just in portogues !!
Not much about this hotel. It is quite a bit run down. The personnel are willing and nice but poorly trained and uneducated.
The Internet service did not work at all during the first three days of our trip. If you require to be connected during your trip, as I do, to take care of business emergencies, do not book this hotel. The manager seems to believe that connectivity is lower in the scale of importance than drinks are.
Breakfast buffet was good. Staff were friendly and helpfull.
It is a tired location that need a major renovation. Furnitures are old and outdated. Rooms are very small even based o Brazilian standard. Beds were incredibly uncomfortable. We stayed during the world cup so all the hotels had increased their rates. But the price was ridiculous for the quality of the facility.
Preço abusivo para o hotel.
Price was good.
Terrible service at reception desk!!! We booked a room for three persons. We arrived at 1 AM after travelling for about 24 hours from Europe. It seemed like the guy who checked us in didn't know what he was doing. Quite insecure. Took more than 20 minutes to help us. Helped other customers in meantime. When I told him something about it he finally handed the keys over. Then when we came in the room the third bed was a tiny sofa / bed without bedsheets. We called the reception and they would come immediately to make up the bed. After half an hour and going to the reception twice they finally came and gave us bedsheets so we can make up the bed ourselves.
It was clean.
The personal took approx. 45 min to manage my reservation. The other one couldn't tell me about the future reservations. The wifi was even worst...
Staff very helpful at the front desk!!!
Internet wi fi is horrible
Coffee was gold The pool also
Very bad wifi connection Nobody speaks english
excellent price for the quality
Internet is horrible!
During Carnaval breakfast was really good and till 11:00, that was a nice service. Staff worked hard during Carnaval and did a good job. Hotel was really full.
Room is outdated, so don't expect TulipInn standards. But because I paid really low during Carnaval, last minute, I will not complain, but I stayed already in other hotels in Salvador that have more up to date rooms for same price.
The rooms are a little bit run down.
Personnel accueillant, diligent. Nice roof pool, very clean.
Staff was helpful.
Too far from the city center, restaurants, entertainment, and other cultural activities. Spent a fortune on taxis trying to get anywhere. Hotel does not provide irons in the rooms or by request - important for business travelers who may need a quick ironing of a wrinkled shirt before a meeting. Too expensive for what you get.
