O tamanho dos quartos é o ponto forte do hotel, contendo uma sale e uma pequena cozinha com microondas, com um quarto e banheiros espaçosos. Também me impressionei com a agilidade no check in, pois havia feito a reserva no dia através do booking, cheguei as 3 da manhã e demorou menos de 5 minutos. Para quem vai a turismo para Curitiba, São José dos Pinhais fica um pouco afastado. A arrumação do quarto também deixa a desejar ( no nosso caso "esqueceram" de arrumar o quarto em um dos dias ).

None of the hotel guests that I met at breakfast were not happy with the staff. We all agreed how does the hotel stay in business with poor service as we have experienced. Staff did not speak any English. They are rude. The mini bar was never serviced after the first day. I will never recommend any person to stay at any Howard Johnson after I stay experience at a HJ in Sao Jose dos Pinhais. I am sorry that I stayed there. There were other choices. I was warned about this hotel regarding service but I wanted to check it out.

é um hotel simples, mas atende as minhas necessidades Do preço abusivo praticado pelo hotel Por razões de logistica fico neste hotel 2 x ao ano e reparo que as tarifas tem aumentado muito acima da inflação

Atendimento, cordialidade e conforto. Excelentes instalações. Sim, o problema de ter feito reserva em um site falso e ter de cancelar meu cartão de crédito, ficandfo 15 dias sem o mesmo.

Muito boas instalações . Muito limpo e arrumado. A cozinha é bastante fraca . â comida é cara em relação à qualidade ruim. A sauna não fucionava e os aparelhos da sala de ginástica haviam sido retirados , o que não deve ter sido informado ao booking.com.

Quartos amplos, limpos, ideal se vai passar por um longo período. Como fomos para um casamento, o quarto foi muito útil, devido ao espaço.Café da manhã muito justo pelo preço. A roupa de cama foi mal colocada, poderiam usar lençois melhores. Considerando o frio de Curitiba havia poucos cobertores no quarto. Deveriam prever quartos para fumantes e não fumantes.

Espaço no quarto. -Cama pequena, não era nem queen. -Café da manhã estava fraco, com relação ao custo da diária;com pouco salgados: queijos, presuntos, frios em geral !! - liguei na recepção para solicitar mais travesseiros mais de 7 vezes e não fui atendida!!!!!
