It is in a great location just outside the Iguassu Falls National Park. There is a nice walk through the hotel property to the river. The concierge was never available to talk to us ... wasn't there or said he was just leaving. |

It is close to the national park. They charged our credit cards three times for what should be a single charge, we are in the process of resolving the issue with the credit card company. Even though it is close to the national park, it still required a taxi to get to the park so there is no big advantage there; and there are no other resturants within walking distance. |

The dinner was quite good and the location was excellent. I found the front desk staff very unfriendly and unhelpful. The standard room was very poor so we paid extra to upgrade to a superior room which was much better. But the standard room is really quite bad, especially considering what you pay. |

I liked the public areas and the pool and gardens outside I also liked the fact that it is very close to the enterance to the falls and to the bird park. The room and escpecially the bathroom were old and small. |

Peaceful, tranquil environment. Lovely 1.5 km nature trail, other health and recreation facilities Landscaping, decoration very tastefully done -- really liked the use of massive dark hardwoods. Standard room was fine, food was good. Very close to national park and airport. Reasonable public bus service to town. Most staff speak English. Limited tv reception with very little English language programming. |

Os funcionários do Hotel San Martin são extremamente simpáticos, atenciosos e muito solícitos, sempre prontos a providenciar com rapidez e cortesia o que o hóspede precisa. Eu saí do hotel às 5:00 e embora o café-da-manhã só começe às 6:30, o recepcionista me ofereceu fazer esta refeição às 4:30 e, mesmo tão cedo, o restaurante estava lindo e com o buffet completo. Colchões melhores, dava para sentir as molas. Além de reabrir a sauna. |

Die Außenanlage ist sehr schön. Schöner Pool. Die ältere Mitarbeiterin an der Touristeninformation war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Ebenso ein deutschsprechender Kellner. Nähe zum Park ist ideal. Bushaltestelle vor dem Hotel. Die Sauberkeit war in den Zimmern nicht ausreichend. Spiegel sind seit Ewigkeiten nicht mehr geputzt, tote Fliegen an den Badezimmerwänden etc.Deutliche Gebrauchsspuren am Inventar. Die Matraze war sehr schlecht. Personal könnte freundlicher sein. |

O bom relacionamento hotel x hospede, localizacao, areas para caminhada, estacionamento, cofeeshop, restaurante . colocar telas nas janelas, pois o local com muita area verde, existe mosquito, e o hospede pode economizar energia nao ligando o ar condicionado. Colocar telefone publico ( na area externa ou interna) e se possivel caixa eletronico (banco 24 horas). |

Ideale ligging voor een bezoek aan de Iguazu falls, het vogelpark en het maken van een helikoptervlucht (op loopafstand). Goed ontbijt en buffet (reserveren bij boeking is voordeliger). Een aanrader om even tot rust te komen (op een mooie dag wel geluid van helikopters). Het personeel bij de tourbalie is erg attent en behulpzaam. Bestellingen (drank, etc) op rekening, betaling bij uitchecken. Receptiepersoneel mag vriendelijker. Ondanks dat de bestellingen op rekening gaan, moet de btw wel direct en contant worden afgerekend. |
