Staff were friendly and helpful. Lovely hotel and a good room and pool. Was the best stay during our trip.

Location (400mt from the Iguaçu falls entrance and 200 mt from the Parque das Aves). The superior room was very comfortable.

The breakfast is just ok. The air conditioned was not clean, hence poor air quality in the room. We were unhappy to be charged 10% service on a lunch buffet where we had to serve ourselves and the food was just ok, and when we said we'd pay for the whole meal including service on the check-out because we were not supposed to carry money in the hotel, the employee insisted that we had to pay the service in cash and in that exact moment! The swimming pool did not look that inviting since it was full of bugs.

The front desk staff was welcoming and helpful. The pool and trail were beautiful. Very relaxing. Excellent location - walking distance to the bird park and entrance to the falls.

Convinient location to Iguasu Falls National Park (Brasil side) and bird park. Very quiet and peaceful hotel.

We stayed in superior triple room. Room is nicely remodeled except the bath tub is old.

It is in a great location just outside the Iguassu Falls National Park. There is a nice walk through the hotel property to the river.

The concierge was never available to talk to us ... wasn't there or said he was just leaving.

It is close to the national park.

They charged our credit cards three times for what should be a single charge, we are in the process of resolving the issue with the credit card company. Even though it is close to the national park, it still required a taxi to get to the park so there is no big advantage there; and there are no other resturants within walking distance.

le commentaire indiquait que la chambre avait été refaite et la salle de bain est vraiment viellotte et la baignoire écaillée, ce qui est inadmissible. En outre, le personnel n'était pas au courant que j'avais payé la chambre et donc perdu du temps à prouver qu'il ne fallait pas repayer.

Zdziwiło mnie, bo zabrałem używane klapki basenowe ze sobą przy wyjeździe. Recepcja chciała, aby je zwrócić albo zapłacić. Przecież nie daje się je odczyścić i poza moim użyciem są do wyrzucenia. Miałem je dnie bagażu i nie chciało mi się wyciągać, więc wyrzuciłem. A druga rzecz to korzystanie z barku. Na pewno naliczyli mi za dużo napojów i nie chciało mi się kłócić, więc zapłaciłem frycowe. Stara zasada: nie korzystać z barku, bo zawsze Cię naciągną.

Principalmente a excelente localização: ao lado do Parque das Aves e a 400 mts. da entrada das cataratas do lado brasileiro. Fiquei no quarto superior, recém reformado, muito confortável. A área da piscina tb é bastante agradável.

O café-da-manhã é muito fraco. Poucas opções de frutas, pães, frios (apenas queijo prato e presunto) ... Os pães oferecidos estavam murchos e secos e achei um absurdo cobrarem, como opcional, p.ex, R$ 3,50 por duas fatias de peito de peru ou R$ 5,00 por 75 g de salame, ítens que em geral estão inclusos no café de qq hotel de padrão razoável.
