De nada,tudo fui orrivel,da recepçao ate o serviço de restaurante,uma exsperiença negativa,chequei as 7:45 am de viaje e pediu antecipatamente(4 dia ante) se pudia occupar o quarto antes das 10:00 orario normal de chek inn,o funcionario me respondeu (tudo bem sem problema) podemos fazer isso sem cobrar,eu achei interessante porque a maioria dos hoteis cobra mais mejia diaria por isso,mais na hora da entrada Surpresa!!!,o funcionario do chek inn nao sabia nada a respeito e queria cobrarme a meja diaria,me dejo ate as 10:00 hora sentados no sofa esperando.Chamei a gerente che nao estava,bom ela estava porque tava tomando cafe da manha com outra funcionaria,mais nao queria ser disturbada!!!!!! que isso????? e dai falei com a receptionista ,que nao por isso nao podia fazer nada a respeito,sem a autorizaçao do gerente que estava tomando cafe(pobresinha)!!! as 10:00 da manha(outro cafe)??? Na hora do chek out outra surpresas queriam cobrar R$ 20.00 para um café (so cafe sem leite) !!!!! ?????. que tomei ante de sair do hotel,a supervisao do garçon no restaurante! parar de assistir televisáo e supervisionar mais as mesas dos clientes,para ver esatamente o que ele consuma. Sim,convocar un consultor de hotelaria e fazer novas mudanças,a gerente,que nao circula e nao faz supervisão suficiente,por isso o hotel nao funciona bem,com esta crises economica,temos que estar dentro do minimos detalhes para conquistar o cliente,mais acho que voceis nao precisa disso nao? precisa? |

Fui bem recebida. Os atendentes foram solícitos. O café da manhã disponível no hotel foi bem apresentado. Atendidas as necessidades, com conforto, sem luxo. |
