very kind staff, good location, quiet room

very poor breakfast for such prise

The reason why we initially chose this hotel was pricing due to rooms being so expensive on new years eve. Most of the staff were very helpful or tried to be helpful. Price was reasonable including the new years eve price.

The blonde lady at reception was terrible. She lied to us on one occasion and on another when the hot water wasn't working, she said to leave the tap running for 30 mins which still did not fix the issue as they had run out of hot water. Further to this, there was not one single english channel on tv, this was not the case in any other hotels as even the standard channels had some english or subtitled programs so this was an issue with this hotels service. The shower was barely large enough to fit my wife in who is a very small girl, let alone me. The bed sheet was not fitted so it kept on moving off the bed exposing the mattress, if you can imagine in your own bed this isn't the biggest issue but when it is a hotel it is. We had issues re payment saying that we hadn't paid and we had to prove that they had deducted the money already. Overall it was a terrible experience and I would actually like some sort of compensation for this terrible experience.

Terrible place. Not worth the little money spent. Dirty linemen and pillow. Towers were stained and smelt of sweat.

Very good position, clean, cheap.

Staff does not speak any English, small room - a little noisy.

Staff were very accommodating and helpful. Room was of a decent size and had everything I needed. Convenient location: in a nice area, opposite a park and just down the road from local shops/restaurants, a metro station, and bus stops.

No real problems, but some of the power sockets were a bit finicky. Wireless internet was available but expensive (hourly rate).

Todo o restante. Hotel muito sujo, fiquei hospedada 3 dias e não limparam meu quarto nenhum dia, trocaram as toalhas apenas quando fui até a recepção reclamar. Elevador muito velho, colocando em risco a vida das pessoas, no único dia que o elevador funcionou prendeu meu dedo na porta de ferro e machucou, não tive nenhum respaldo do hotel, nos outros dias o elevador estava quebrado, para fazer meu check out tive que descer com as malas, pelas escadas, por tres andares, sem a ajuda de nenhum funcionário, eu estava acompanhada da minha avó de 72 anos, foi uma falta de respeito. Café da manha não tem espaço e nem alimentos o suficiente, alem de ser tudo muito sujo, não tive coragem de tomar o café da manha no hotel. Sujeira pelos corredores e dentro do quarto, a T.V. não funcionava direito e o filtro do ar condicionado nunca deve ter sido limpo. Já me hospedei em diversos hoteis pelo Brasil e pelo mundo e nunca havia presenciado um hotel com condições tão precárias. O preço do hotel não é barato, não compensa e não recomendo para ninguém.

Tudo, não acessa celular nos quartos, café da manhã ruim, roupas de cama sujas, barulho da casa de máquinas do Hotel Novo Mundo. Funcionários que não dão a mínima para reclamações. Agradeço ao booking por interceder em meu favor solicitando minha saida após primeira noite sem cobrança das diárias restantes.
