Housekeeping is not good. Internet/WiFi is very very slow. Behaviour for payment request is very rude, I could not enter my room at 2 times. Water leak from bathroom window, everywhere was wet.

Central and safe Location, very patient and kind reception team and perfect breakfast. Very good value for money.

Our room air condition could not be fixed and we had to move to another room. Not really a negative point.

Staff was very friendly, and the room comfortable and clean (great pillows). Internet worked fairly good and was free of charge (something I found weird based on many other experiences in Brazilian hotels).

Breakfast could be improved. Variety was poor and in general terms low value breakfast. Gym was also something to be improved, only 3 machines....

I lost my mobile phone from my room . it was taken from any one enter hte room as I don't use this mobile I suppose to be in the bags and after I checked the bags , I return to the hotel and didn't find it

Location is the only good thing about this hotel.

Extremely overcharged. The problem is Sao Paulo does not have all the hotel rooms needed, and they charge whatever they feel like. USD 200 per day for this hotel is armed robbery.

Excelente relação custo-benefício, ótima localização e muito bom atendimento.

Not so clean Fitness room very very very very small

Only the Location as it was close to Ibirapuera Shopping Mall. Nothing else was good about the hotel.

Rooms were too small as compared to the tariffs. We waited 2 days to get the Iron for clothes. They had only 3 Irons for more than 180 rooms. Minimum options for Food. Everytime we ordered, we got wrong order. We will not recommend this hotel except for location.

The hotel was in an area that we were familiar with. Price of the room was fair, compared to other hotels that we stayed at in the past. Staff was extremely friendly.

The people who do all services , from the man who open the door to the girl who do the room and the restaurant waiters, and the reception girls who were very nice and help full specially Alime Souza, all of them are very nice people.

It is a good hotel .

Yo fui por una exposición y este hotel quedaba a una distancia buena, el barrio donde esta ubicado es muy bueno, hay un shopping a 2 cuadras y muchos bares y restaurantes cercanos para comer de noche.

Gostei de tudo em relação a minha hospedagem no hotel, os funcionários são extremamente educados procurando servir sempre da melhor forma possível.As instalações são de excelente qualidade, muito confortável com uma localização muito boa. O hotel é simplesmente perfeito

torneira sempre pingando da pia, durante o banho a agua invadia o restante do banheiro, tive que pedir mais tapetes o secador nao funcionava estava com mau contato mas foi resolvido
