Overlooking the Bosque lakes, the charming villa-style Laghetto Premium is on Borges de Medeiros Avenue. It offers a delicious breakfast buffet, room service and comfortable rooms with free Wi-Fi. The air conditioned rooms at the Hotel Laghetto feature a 32-inch LCD and cable TV, parquet floors, goose feather pillows and generous wardrobe space. Hospitalidade, simpatia, comprometimento da equipe como um todo. Preocupação em suprir todas as exigências do grupo em que estávamos. Infelizmente, a presença de fumantes no hotel, em áreas proibidas, mesmo com a tentativa da equipe em resolver, não houve sucesso.

De tquase tudo. Os chuveiros são fracos,pequenos, com muita oscilação na agua quente/fria, de repente nos da um banho gelado, outra hora quase queima o corpo com jato de agua quente.

Buena ubicación en un entorno privilegiado. Habitación amplia y confortable. Muy acogedor su amplio lobby y un mirante en el quinto piso con interesante vista. Buena sala de juegos para niños y adultos. Servicios y desayuno de primera. Cómodo garage en subsuelo con fácil acceso a las habitaciones. Volvería.

Hotel excelente, funcionários prestativos, quartos novos, sempre arrumados. Acústica do hotel, de manhã cedo se escuta o aspirador ligado do pessoal da faxina em outros quartos.

Hotel novo com ótima localização, funcionários atenciosos, bom café da manhã, o hotel dispõe de almoço e janta, garagem espaçosa. Toalhas de banho ásperar e muito usadas, internet lenta no quarto. Poderia melhorar o colchão e tv a cabo com mais filmes. Box de banho muito pequeno.

Cama confortável, café da manhã variado e boas opções de lazer (sala de jogos, academia, bicicleta). Tv a cabo com poucas opções de canais e sem canais de filme. Estacionamento mal gerenciado. Fui chamado duas vezes para movimentar o carro, mesmo colocando em vaga contra a parede. Condicionador de ar colocado no corredor do apto, sobre a porta de entrada. Tem pouca efetividade sobre o clima do quarto. Pouco isolamento acústico. Ouve-se ruidos do banheiro, da tv e a conversa dos apartamentos ao lado.
