+ Location + Nice lounge
- safe was closed and stuff overloaded to fix all the things at once - bad prepared to give the receipt (I would expect, that all is prepared, when I checkin) - First day we had to kill a roach (but I have only seen the one)
It was ok. Rooms are nice and clean.
I did not get to use the swimming pool, it is tiny
Not working wi-fi 3 days
It's close to Pedras Street, but the street from the hotel is dark...
The breakfast, they had only one person working in the kitchen, so we waste too much time waiting for the reposition. Another problem is that I had paid the breakfast with the rate, but they charged me again when I close the count.
I like the place decoration, very nice place
It was so expensive compare with facilities or services they bring you
Location is good. You can walk to historic downtown and to one of the best beaches.
Not so clean, towels are really old (better bring your own), breakfast is poor and employees are not so friendly. The swimming pool is too little, and besides that there is nothing else to do in the hotel. They have transfer service to the beachs and to downtown, but they never communicate us about the service. I only found out when checking out because I saw the van and asked the driver what he does in the property.
Good bedroom and bathroom. Delicious garden. Architecture: really well planned.
No private parking. Dark street at night.
Not far from restaurants and tourist area.
Lots of ants, especially in the bathroom.
People at the reception speak English, at least a little. They try to help you as much as they can. It is situated at a walking distance from the center and a few beaches, if you do not mind walking in the heat.
The rooms are damp and smell bad. There is no chair and no drinking glasses. It is not possible to lock the bathroom window, which is big enough for a small person to climb in, so I did not feel safe there. No safety deposits anywhere in the hotel. My husband is over 70 and suffers from heart failure, so the distance to the center was too much him.
