The room had sea view which was nice to wake up with in the morning, not too much traffic there either. The price quality ratio is clearly influenced by the location at the Copacabana beach, but still a fair ratio. Even though we turned off the airco the moment we got in it was still kinda chilly in the room (June). If you are looking for somewhere to stay nearby restaurants/bars at night look for something in Ipanema, nearby the relaxing evening buzz. |

The location, in front of the leme beach (end of copacaboane beach), the room, very big with a marvellous view to copacabana beach. We stayed in 11th floor and the view was impressive.. |

This hotel was nice cause the copacabana beach is right in front it. The breakfest is really good. Staff very helpfull and friendly. Accept dollars.The neighbourhood is really good, with grosseries stores and restaurants around it. Sugar loaf just couple minutes from it. Internet wireless quality and speed. |

Nice clean room, with ok view of beach. Hotel staff spoke good English so communication wasn't a problem. Breakfast buffet gave a very good wide range of foods for everyone. Was able to get 2hour extended checking out time due to later flight with no problem. Had no idea was going to get charged for taxes on room when checking out. Thought that everything had been paided for in advance and only any extras would need paying for. Had not budgeted for this and so money came out of taxi fair to airport that only just ended up having enough for. Only 3$real per night but not the point. |

Friendly, helpfull staff. Basic, clean rooms. Clean/safe area with excellent access to the beach at Lemme. (the quieter end of Copacabana) A nice, comfortable hotel. the air conditioning was noisy and should ideally be slightly more capable. However at full blast it did maintain a reasonable temperature in the room..just. Although you pay a heavy penalty for this in noise. |

location lack of concierge. Staff during day of arrival were unable to give options for restaurants with bossa nova or tourist destinations. Very poor. We had to fend by ourselves and I called a cheaper hotel where I stayed before to obtain information! Next group of staff were much better and friendlier. Perhaps the first group were having a bad day... |

Zimmer war geraeumig und sauber. Personal war sehr hilfsbereit. Super Lage am Strand von Leme. Fruehstueck war sehr reichhaltig und grosszuegig und liess keine Wuensche offen! Zur Zeit wird die Fassade des Hotels renoviert. Tagsueber war es daher ausserordentlich laermig! Reklamation am Frontdesk hat nichts gebracht. |

A localização do hotel é excelente, o staff é gentil, e o café da manhã é muito bom. O processo de reserva se mostrou muito eficaz. A limpeza do quarto, especialmente a do banheiro deixou a desejar. Além disso, de acordo com o site do hotel, todas as acomodações luxo possuem banheira de hidromassagem. No entanto, quando nos hospedamos descobrimos que apenas algumas das acomodações luxo possuem banheira. Bem verdade que o hotel se dispôs a nos relocar, mas optamos por não aceitar porque o outro quarto disponível tinha piso em carpet. Os funcionários são pouco informados sobre atividades de interesse dos turistas. O café da manhã é muito bom, mas merece suco de laranja natural. |

Je connais bien cet hotel, pour y avoir séjourné précédemment. La situation est idéale (et relativement calme pour le bord de mer), et les chambres sont spacieuses et confortables. Dans la mesure où le supplément de prix est raisonnable, il faut demander une chambre en front de mer. La qualité du buffet - petit déjeuner est moyenne pour un établissement de cette catégorie. |

Do bom atendimento e o upgrade de quarto. Sim, interrompemos nosso banho para tomarmos um banho de benheira e relaxarmos, intuito esse pelo qual fomos ao RJ. Entretanto, a banheira estava com uma agua de coloração não muito agradavel, chamamos a manutenção, mas o problema não foi resolvido. Ficamos frustados por não podermos usufruir desse descanço em nosso tempo de estadia. Outro fato foi nossa chave estar bloqueada as 11h da manhã no dia do check-out já que o mesmo deveria ocorrer até as 12h, mostrando que nossa programação mesmo que interrompida por minutos, não é tão importante quanto a organização do hotel. Apesar dos pesares tivemos ótima estadia e apreciaremos voltar para essa cidade maravilhosa do RJ. |

Por ser uma pessoa formada em Letras não posso ter uma visão muito fechada e radical. A vista da praia foi o que mais gostei. Sim. Organizar melhor o salão onde os hóspedes tomam o café da manhã. Nota:não é à qualidade da alimentação ou das instalações que me refiro e sim à movimentação. Que para mim é um ponto que desfavorece a qualidade global do hotel. |
