O hotel é de ótima qualidade, tudo muito limpo, tudo novinho. Um dos mais agradáveis que fiquei até hoje. Também ... o hotel é novo né? Vamos ver daqui alguns anos. Esperava bem mais do café da manhã. Mas não é ruim. Só esperava bem mais pela qualidade do hotel.

Todo. Es un hotel muy recomendable. Los funcionarios muy profesionales Esta impecable y las habitaciones son confortables. El desayuno es correcto. La piscina estaba turbia ( seria falta de personal por ser un 31 de diciembre?)

Ambiente novo, limpo, organizado. Reservei um apto. super luxo com varanda e o que recebi não tinha varanda. A torneira do chuveiro estava emperrada, tinha que forçar para abrir. Além disso a pia estava entupida. Como era apenas 1 noite e estava a trabalho acabei não reclamando.

A limpeza Do serviço do restaurante comida muito ruim, os funcionários nao tinham interesse em solucionar os problemas exemplo ovos mexidos frios , foi comunicado ao garçom a resposta foi se ligar queima. No restaurante havia 1 funcionário aplicado Na recepção isso também ocorria tendo um rapaz e uma moca que tinham interesse em solucionar os problemas dar indicação de locais , ouvimos o absurdo da funcionaria ao ser solicitado sobre quadras de tenis uma academia grande a resposta foi imediata nao sei e pronto . Na academia os aparelhos novos mas sem manutenção . Arrumei o que pude para tentar fazer , mas o barulho de uma esteira esta muito forte falta de óleo , etc
