Location, location, location, clean, quite, good service, delicious breakfast, easy Internet conection and public transportation. Need some upgrade. More modern rooms and bathrooms. It needs a more modern tv set and bed covers. I like the hotel and would go back if I have the chance.

We booked the Hotel for three persons but in the First Room was nothing for a Third Person so we could change the room at once without any Problems Tv didn't work only for a few hours a day Important advice: Never Book a Taxi at the reception! They have Special Deals with privat Drivers and make a fix price you have to Pay! :( Always use normal Taxi with taxometer!!!

I think it was great value for money, quite good location, on a quiet street. I stayed at two different rooms the same week. One was cleaner...but I would recommend the hotel, and would go back there! Of course you can't expect much more from a hotel at this price range, but I would love to have music in the room. Breakfast was excellent.

Good location, and great reception. I asked for double bed and they gave me twin bed. They said it is because bookin.com never tells them what the costumer ask... ???!!! Not good. Had to stay with my partner in separated beds.

O quarto ficou acima das minhas expectativas: grande, limpo e organizado. Localização também é ótima, próxima a estação de metrô, ponto de ônibus, taxi, etc; Café da manhã também não deixa a desejar. Recepcionistas foram sempre atenciosos e tiraram todas as minhas dúvidas. Internet nos quartos depende de cabo e é cobrada. Wireless somente no andar térreo(recepção).

Cordialidade do recepcionista Daniel A cortina no banheiro, tentei de tudo para q a água não fosse pra fora, e mesmo assim foi, acabei alagando o banheiro. Não gosto de dar trabalho para os outros.

Adorei a localização ,assim como o preço e receptividade dos funcionários , o café da manha também nota 10. Quando cheguei achei o quarto com cheiro de mofo, abri as janela e deu uma amenizada. O prédio é meio mas tudo funciona direitinho.

A localização e o atendimento dos funcionários do hotel, todos muito educados e prontos para atender às necessidades dos hóspedes. As instalações e os equipamentos são muito antigos. O banheiro é pequeno e ainda tem uma banheira antiga em baixo do chuveiro para atrapalhar.

El personal del hotel es excelente muy amables y cordiales, te prestan ayuda en todo lo solicitado, el servicio a las habitaciones es muy bueno, las habitaciones confortables, con nevera, mini bar cocina, tv lcd con canales digitales es una excelente opcion para hospedarse en sao paulo, ya que es un hotel con calidez familiar!!

El personal de servicio en los desayunos y las recamaras. Son señoras gentiles y cordiales. El desayuno es variado y decente. El personal de recepción. El Sr. De la noche es una persona poco colaboradora, no te da indicaciones de ningún tipo. Y lo que le preguntas te contesta de tan mala gana que te sientes incomodo de volve a hacerlo. Muy mal!!! Los del día mejoran, pero que al final de la estadía me impongan un tip-propina de 90 reales?? Alo?? con el servicio que dan ya es bastante que se les de un gracias. Nadie habla ingles!!! por favor cómo van a hacer para el mundial??? Solo portugues y muy dificil de entender.

O quarto tripo só possui refrigeração para duas camas. A terceira cama fica em compartimento isolado sem ar condicionado. O hotel oferece pouco em relação ao preço da hospedagem.
