Good confort of the bed Breakfast good enough for the price
Very very noisy The neighborhood is full of junkies sleeping on the pavements Not any place to have lunch or dinner in the hotel or in the neighborhood (some acceptable place I mean) WiFi so weak, impossible to download even simple emails Sheets not totally white and not changed every day kind Staff but don't speak English/Spanish or with difficulties, only Portuguese
friendly staff and very clean hotel
sorrounding area a bit sketchy but still safe
Good quality - price relation.
Location was god to use the metro but the zone is dark and full of people living in street so don't feel secure. We had to use a taxi every time that we leave hotel.
Almost everything is exelent!
WiFi (6 floor) is not so fast, breakfast is standard (normal) for Brazilian hostels (for 3* could be better).
Could not overcome the fact that they are located in the middle of a really bad part of downtown São Paulo. We had a car rental, and arriving at the hotel I always felt threaten, never felt safe. Needless to say I had a three night reservation and only stayed one night. I wanted to be able to walk out of the hotel and go outside without feeling in danger.
very large rooms and clean and comfortable
the area outside the hotel is very unsafe..you are not advised to walk anywhere near this hotel .. its a shame because the hotel itself is very good
Rooms we're clean and the breakfast was good
The wifi was terrible. I got no reception in our room. I did not ger reception in the lobby either
Their breakfast buffet is good. Front desk is very cooperative and friendly.
Some times they don't change bed sheets. They forget to clean the trash some days.
The young guy from reception is very friendly. Help me order pizza, taxi(because most people here don't speak english), load luggages into taxi, etc.
Everything excellent except poor location.
The staff were very friendly & helpful
Power point options were limited for foreign travellers
it was clean and new hotel.
around the hotel like scary movie. drug users homelesses etc
Very good breakfest, clean room, WiFi, near city center.
Clean room. Good beds. Friendly staff. Quiet room.
The staff don't speak English. Ok location but not really in downtown. Hard to fit in four open suitcases in the room.
